Ahmad Henderson (Brother Rice)
Current Ranking: #11
Previous Ranking: #19
Henderson is a dynamic lead guard that raised his game in each setting we have seen him whether it be in pre-season leagues, dominating the high school season with Brother Rice, and then taking it to another level this spring. Plus shooter with deep range on his three point shot and has a knack for making clutch ones. Quick in tight spaces and wins off the bounce. Trending as a mid-major point guard.
Jake Fiegen (New Trier)
Current Ranking: #34
Previous Ranking: NR
Fiegen burst on the radar this spring with Full Package’s stellar 16U group. Plus shooter that was lights out every time we saw him. Moves well without the ball and has a quick trigger on his shot with consistent mechanics. Effective on the ball getting teammates in position to succeed. Low-majors and D2s should look at him in June and July.
Arius Alijosius Arius Alijosius 6'2" | SG Amos Alonzo Stagg | 2023 State IL (Stagg)
Current Ranking: #44
Previous Ranking: NR
This Stagg combo guard was another elite shooter from the lead guard spot. With Breakaway he was fantastic knocking down shots from the perimeter at a high rate. Moves well away from the ball and brings creativity when he has it in his hands. Fun player to watch.
Mekhi Cooper Mekhi Cooper 6'0" | PG Bolingbrook | 2023 State IL (Bolingbrook)
Current Ranking: #51
Previous Ranking: #66
Cooper is a shot making lead guard that also has shown some passing feel this spring with the Mac Irvin Fire and Illinois Hoopstars. Bolingbrook has a history of tremendous guard play and Cooper could very well be next in line.
Quinton Hunter Quinton Hunter 6'1" | PG Lockport Township | 2023 IL (Lockport)
Current Ranking: #82
Previous Ranking: NR
Hunter broke out with the Illinois T-Wolves this spring. What we liked about his game was his multi-level scoring especially with his jumper. Slick pull up game, but also has a solid feel when looking to distribute the rock.
