(Up from No. 42)

The Region 4-6A Player of the Year enjoyed a breakout season averaging 20 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 blocks per game. Heath does it all as a combo guard that can play either on or off the ball. His explosiveness toward the hoop coupled with his pull-up game make him difficult to defend. Add in his defensive instincts and it’s easy to see why D-I schools of all levels are in on the dynamic playmaker.

(Up from No. 26)

Rideout keeps getting better. He’s a lethal shooter with deep range. Jameel can get his shot off the dribble and has shown a knack for getting the job done in crunch time. He still has a picture-perfect mid-range jumper and is a smooth finisher around the rim. Rideout has established himself as one of the best on-ball defenders in the state.

Mr. Double-Double has enjoyed dominance over the past two seasons and a growth spurt that gives him High Major size. Ohio was the first school to offer with more soon to follow. The lefty attacks the rim relentlessly and is one of the most consistent rebounders in the Southeast. The bouncy forward is continuing to add range to his outside shot.

6-8 PF [player_tooltip player_id="949916" first="Tony" last="Carpio"] – Providence Christian
(Up from No. 51)

[player_tooltip player_id="949916" first="Tony" last="Carpio"] beats teams inside and out. He has polished footwork in the low post and is able to score with his back to the basket. He plays a physical style of game and doesn’t mind mucking it up in the paint. Carpio moves well for his size and plays above the rim easily. He can hit from the outside and cause mismatches with his ability to take his man off the dribble.

(Up from No. 50)

In just one year, [player_tooltip player_id="1011351" first="Thomas" last="Allard"] has turned into a threat to score from all over the floor. He’s comfortable handling the ball and can create his own shot off the bounce. When he gets clean looks from deep, he burns defenses as one of the best shooters in Georgia, his size making it difficult to contest.

6-2 SG [player_tooltip player_id="1123943" first="KJ" last="Reid"] – Social Circle
(Up from No. 105)

Not many people may know about [player_tooltip player_id="1123943" first="KJ" last="Reid"] just yet, but if you watched him during the high school season or even this offseason with the JC Ducks, you’ll soon find out he may be one of the best sleepers in the class.
