This combo-forward is a matchup issue. Witter is a tenacious rebounder that clears the boards in traffic. He can play either inside or out on offense. Witter has enough ball skills to take his man off the dribble and finish at the rim. His outside shot warrants defenders’ attention. Witter’s versatility makes him a valuable defender that guards multiple positions. Mekhi could be a major stock riser this year.

[player_tooltip player_id="1199596" first="Stephen" last="Lewis"] hasn’t been the go-to guy at the varsity level yet, but every time I watch him play, I really feel like he’s in line for a huge senior season. It all starts with Lewis’ energy. He is constant hustle on both ends of the floor. Lewis’ all-around floor game fills up the box score. Stephen uses his great athleticism as a slasher on offense and stopper on defense. Lewis picks up steals and blocks shots at an alarming rate. The toughness he brings on defense cannot be overstated.

Sometimes in travel ball you’re able to find players you hadn’t heard of before. [player_tooltip player_id="1192664" first="Xzavier" last="Wilcher"] fits that bill and it was his attributes that stuck with me and landed him on the list. Wilcher is a wiry swingman with great bounce and a deadly three-point stroke. He has all the tools of a potential late bloomer.

The tough-nosed southpaw catches opponents off guard with how he’s able to jump out of the gym and snag rebounds. McKay plays closer to 6-foot-7 with his hustle on the glass. Offensively, McKay scores inside and out. He’s got a streaky three-point shot that opens up driving lines. The double-double machine is one of the most productive players in all of North Georgia.

6-5 F [player_tooltip player_id="1201507" first="Jeremiah" last="Flournoy"] – Salem

Flournoy is a rugged forward that rebounds and scores inside. He has power moves with drop steps that move defenders, but he also has some finesse, able to convert from the mid-range and finish with both hands around the rim. Flournoy is a solid forward that knows what he’s best at and sticks at it.
