<p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the top Class of 2022 forwards and post players from the recently updated rankings.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="981141" first="Tarris" last="Reed Jr"]. 6’10 Chaminade: The Class 6?Co-Player of the Year had a dominant season in leading the Red Devils to a third-place finish in the state tournament. He averaged 21 points, 10 rebounds and nearly three blocks a game. He’s received offers from scores of Power 5 programs.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="984504" first="Luke" last="Northweather"] 6’10” Blair Oaks: A multi-faceted big who led the Falcons to a third place finish in the Class 4 state tournament. As a junior, he averaged 27 points, 12 rebounds and two blocks while shooting 40 percent from 3-point range.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="984500" first="Jevon" last="Porter"] 6’11 Father Tolton: A versatile combo forward with excellent handles and the ability to get buckets at all three levels. Tremendous skill set for his size. Averaged 22 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Trailblazers to the Class 4 state quarterfinals.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="992317" first="Connor" last="Turnbull"] 6’10 Fort Zumwalt North: The breakthrough player in the state during the past season; he went from being on the junior varsity at the beginning of his sophomore season to being a force on a Class 6 Final Four team as a junior. He averaged 15 points, seven rebounds and five blocks a game for the Panthers.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="984516" first="Robert" last="Lewis"] 6’8 Cardinal Ritter: A jumping jack power forward with a high motor, Lewis played a big role in the Lions run to the Class 5 state championship. He averaged 12.8 points and 6.2 rebounds while blocking a team-high 35 shots.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="984511" first="Ike" last="Ezeogu"] 6’6 Blue Springs: A high level football prospect with several big offers to his credit, Ezeogu is also an athletic power forward who gets a lot done on the basketball court. He averaged 14.1 points and 6.5 rebounds as a junior.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="984947" first="Nick" last="Wasilewski"] 6’6 Jackson: Talented forward in Southeast Missouri with explosive leaping ability and scoring skills around the basket.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="992314" first="Miles" last="Fant"] 6’7 Park Hill South: A versatile combo forward with a nice array of skills in the low post along with his nice handles and 3-point shooting ability. He averaged 10 points and six rebounds as a junior.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="984943" first="Kortez" last="Stevenson"] 6’7 Center: A versatile lefty power forward with an excellent inside-outside game. He uses his size, quick feet and crafty moves to score in the post. He can also step out and hit jumpers and put the ball on the floor.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1045831" first="Justin" last="Boyer"] 6’6" Father Tolton: A versatile small forward who has the athleticism to attack the rim and throw down slam dunks in traffic along with good ball handling skills and the ability to knock down his high-arching 3-pointers.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1050174" first="Andrew" last="Young"] 6’8 Marquette: A skilled combo forward with good length who has continued to make great strides over the course of a year. Averaged eight points and six rebounds to help the Mustangs to a Class 6 district championship.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="985425" first="Ryan" last="Schwendeman"] 6’4" St. Dominic: A robust 245-pounder with a physical low-post game and 3-point range. He averaged 17 points and eight rebounds while shooting 37 percent from 3-point range in leading the Crusaders to back-to-back district championships.</p>
