Prince Roark (KC Spurs): A 6'3" forward from Staley who had a very effective offensive game from the high post on into the lane. He was hitting turnaround jumpers in the lane and he also had a nice shooting touch from 15 feet. He is a good athlete who rebounded well and played solid defense. He had multiple blocked shots in the game I watched him. He also runs the court well as he hustled in the transition game.

Luke Mills ([program_tooltip program_id='2400647' first='KC' last='Sixers Supreme']): A 6'2" small forward from Odessa who is smooth lefty with a versatile offensive game. He showed his versatility on two consecutive possessions in the game I watched him. On the first possession, he jumped up and knocked down a 3-pointer. The next time downcourt, he lifted the defender with a shot fake then scored on a nice dribble drive into the lane. He uses the jab step very effectively to set up defenders. He also moves without the ball and passes well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2402891' first='Jace' last='Takens'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2400647' first='KC' last='Sixers Supreme']): A 6'3" forward from William Chrisman who was constantly in motion. He is a good cutter and he reads defenses well to get himself open for layups. He was also scoring on rim runs with good hustle. He was also hitting cutting teammates with some pinpoint passes. He also showed the ability to knock down mid-range jumpers off the dribble.

[player_tooltip player_id='2933656' first='Jason' last='Jones'] (COMO-TNT): A 6'2" forward from Jefferson City who had one of the most active motors of any player I watched during the weekend. He played the game at one speed and it was "full tilt boogie" at both ends of the court. He was an active rebounder and defender and he was flying around in his pursuit for loose balls. On offense, he was very good at catching the ball at the high post, squaring up and making the aggressive drive into the lane. He was also jumping the passing lanes for steals and transition layups.

Tyler Holmes (KC Spurs): A 6'2" forward from Lincoln Prep who is a very high energy player. He is an excellent rebounder who has a quick jump to get offensive boards. He also gave very good second and third efforts to keep possessions alive for his team. He was also running hard in transition and sitting down on defense. I really enjoyed the constant effort that he played with.

[player_tooltip player_id='3574769' first='Reid' last='Thompson'] ([program_tooltip program_id='3560763' first='Kansas' last='City Basketball Academy']- 2): A 6'4" forward from Barstow who displayed a nice perimeter shooting stroke from distance. The young lefty was very good on the pick and pop as he hit multiple 3-pointers. He's very long and it looks like he is going to be a tall youngster in the future. He has solid ball handling ability and he can also pass it well.
