Primarily, he plays a role in which he facilitates the ball amongst his teammates, marrying the exceptional cerebral side of his game with his speed to create scoring opportunities for others.</p> <p>He’s his best when he calculates scenarios quickly and reacts with minimal dead time. It’s routine for McMullan; he takes his first step as opposing teams shift around him, allowing him to operate smoothly and put the pressure on defenders to make a decision. Just a hair quicker, however, the heady guard answers the stimulus like a pro as he distributes the ball around the collapsing defense and puts the rock in the hands of one of Next Level’s numerous scoring threats.</p> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #fdffd6;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 100%; text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1164860" first="Artez" last="Young"]</strong> | Oklahoma Chaos </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f2f0f0;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">5’11" PG</td> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">Midwest City ’22</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>Young has flashes of brilliance in which he could be regarded as one of the talented scorers of his position.</p> <p>The shifty, quick Young does his best in transition scoring opportunities, when he’s most able to display his speed and touch. He accelerates down the floor with a ferocity to him that threatens opposing defenses, and he makes it very difficult to deny him from scoring in some fashion, whether he finishes or gets to the free-throw line. Young does a good job of coming into control as he approaches the rim before putting on a swift move around -- or through -- the defense.</p> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #fdffd6;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 100%; text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1164879" first="Aaron" last="Potter"]</strong> | Tulsa Hawks</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f2f0f0;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">6’3" SG</td> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">Owasso ’22</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>Potter has been among the most notable scorers in the state this summer.</p> <p>Shifty, crafty and mobile as they come, Potter can shoot the ball, accelerate to score at the rim, play above the rack, score from the mid-range, and force turnovers to score in transition. Not only does he have an arsenal ready to be developed within a college program, but Potter has a college frame, as well, fitting excellent athletic capabilities into his 6-foot-3-inch body and lengthy wingspan.</p> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #fdffd6; height: 21px;"> <tbody> <tr style="height: 21px;"> <td style="width: 100%; height: 21px; text-align: center;"><strong>Cahlese Lee</strong> | Next Level</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f2f0f0;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">6’1" G</td> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">Edmond North ’22</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>In all aspects of the game, Lee has been one of the top stock-risers of his class so far in the early summer.</p> <p>However, the objective of the game is to put the ball in the hoop, and few have done that better than Lee, who has showcased each weekend his stellar scoring talents. The senior, ready to take over the reigns at Edmond North next season, gets to the rim as well as anybody in his division. His play is to first establish the outside shot, leading defenders to close out more adherently on his catch; from there, he exploits the over-pursuant opposing guards and makes plays at the rim with his crafty, developed offensive skill-set.</p> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #fdffd6;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 100%; text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1164863" first="Vance" last="Raney"]</strong> | Oklahoma Eagles Elite</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f2f0f0;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">6’0" SG</td> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">Cashion ’22</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>Raney stars for Oklahoma Eagles in all aspects of the game.</p> <p>A mature scorer and defender, Raney has essentially taken the reigns of the Oklahoma Eagles Elite basketball club, along with help from Jenkins. Raney can fill up the stat sheet with his diverse arsenal of scoring talents, some predicated on his athleticism, some on his skill, but all relying on his instinctive feel for the game. Raney can shoot from long range, can create his own shot from the handle and can contend with defenders at the rim, even some much taller than him.</p> <p>Defensively, Raney carries his same instinctive style, anticipating passes, ripping ball-handlers and even defending the rim, on occasion.</p> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #fdffd6;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 100%; text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1164862" first="Jonah" last="Jenkins"]</strong> | Oklahoma Eagles Elite</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f2f0f0;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">6’0" PG</td> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">Cashion ’22</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>Regardless of where he lands in the scoring margin, Jenkins constantly generates scoring for the rural squad. A crafty ball-handler with heads-up playmaking talents, Jenkins can stretch defenses to their limits and give his teammates more breathing room to score with his handle.</p> <p>Jenkins is also a seasoned shooter, and he maintains the constant threat to score out of the dribble, even from triple range.</p> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #fdffd6;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 100%; text-align: center;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1164866" first="Austin" last="Osby"]</strong> | Oklahoma Eagles Elite</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table style="width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #f2f0f0;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">5’9" PG</td> <td style="width: 50%; text-align: center;">Edmond Memorial ’22</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>It is difficult not to admire Osby’s love for the game. Not only does he have polished scoring talents and a swift first step, but the senior guard rarely rests when he’s on the floor. His relentlessness translates often to defensive stops and transition buckets for the Oklahoma Eagles squad.</p> <p>Aside from his hustle, Osby can get a bucket on his own. He often slashes through the defense with his handle and finds his way to the rim with his speed or settles for a cool mid-ranger.</p>
