Analysis: Last year’s top rebounder, Nate Rawlins-Kibonge, would have been a shoo-in for another rebounding title had he not graduated early but there are a number of guys who could reach double-figures in average this year. [player_tooltip player_id="964544" first="Bryce" last="Dyer"] (2022 North Medford) simply has a nose for the ball, especially on the offensive glass. He’s improved his offensive game over the off-season and could be a double-double guy. [player_tooltip player_id="855926" first="Nathan" last="Meithof"] (2021 McNary) is also a threat to average a double-double and could be this year’s version of the Big Dog, former Purdue standout Glenn Robinson.

[player_tooltip player_id="861096" first="Kavon" last="Bradford"] (2023 Benson) is an outstanding rebounder, especially for his 6-foot-2 size. He’s quick off his feet, particularly on the offensive glass. Also look for the rebounding average of [player_tooltip player_id="861099" first="Marquis" last="Cook"] (2023 Jefferson) to rise with Rawlins-Kibonge and Kam Robinson moving on. His length and athleticism will be hard to keep off the boards. Other guys that should see a rise with the rebounding average include [player_tooltip player_id="857342" first="Dallon" last="Morgan"] (2022 Sprague), [player_tooltip player_id="857346" first="Luke" last="Johnson"] (2022 Central Catholic), and football standout [player_tooltip player_id="855964" first="Holden" last="Whipple"] (2021 West Salem).
