<p>Van Andel Arena and Michigan State’s Breslin Center hosted the MHSAA boy’s basketball final four yesterday as teams and players from across the state took one step closer to fulfilling their ultimate dream of bringing home a state championship. Below are the athletes who impressed the most.</p>
<p><strong>Division 4</strong></p>

<p>Brady led Tri-Unity with 28 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, and 6 steals in the Defenders’ 61-43 win over Rudyard. Tri-Unity Christian will play Detroit Douglass in the Division 4 State Championship game on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Michigan State’s Breslin Center.</p>

<p>Pierre led the Hurricanes with 30 points and 10 rebounds in Detroit Douglass’s 60-41 win over Mount Pleasant Sacred Heart.</p>
<h6>Zach Wentworth, Mount Pleasant Sacred Heart</h6>
<p>Zach led the Irish with 15 points in the loss to Detroit Douglass.</p>
<p><strong>Division 3</strong></p>

<p>Keyon paced Flint Beecher with 15 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals in Flint Beecher’s 47-34 win over Hanover-Horton. Flint Beecher will play Iron Mountain in the Division 3 State Championship game on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Michigan State’s Breslin Center.</p>

<p>Foster put up 34 points and 8 rebounds in Iron Mountain’s 54-50 overtime win over Schoolcraft. </p>
<h6>[player_tooltip player_id="814569" first="Bryce" last="Vanderwiere"], Schoolcraft</h6>
<p>Bryce recorded a double-double, scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 boards in Schoolcraft’s loss to Iron Mountain.</p>
<p><strong>Division 2</strong></p>
<h6>[player_tooltip player_id="987270" first="Kaden" last="Brown"], Grand Rapids Catholic Central</h6>
<p>Kaden put up 23 points, grabbed four rebounds, and dished out four assists in the Cougar’s 81-55 win over Ferndale. Catholic Central will face Battle Creek Pennfield in the Division 2 State Championship game on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Michigan State’s Breslin Center.</p>

<p>Jorden was 6-for-11 from three, scoring 20 points in Catholic Central’s win.</p>

<p>Jack scored 19 points, grabbed five rebounds, and had four assists in the Cougar’s win.</p>

<p>Jason scored a game-high 27 points in Ferndale’s loss to Catholic Central.</p>
<h6>Luke Davis, Battle Creek Pennfield</h6>
<p>Luke had a game-high 25 points in Battle Creek Pennfield’s 62-52 win over Bridgeport.</p>
<h6>Remaureon Arthur, Bridgeport</h6>
<p>Remaureon scored a team-high 18 points in Bridgeport’s loss to Battle Creek Pennfield.</p>
<p><strong>Division 1</strong></p>

<p>Tyson scored a team-high 18 points in Ann Arbor Huron’s 55-39 win over Warren De La Salle. Ann Arbor Huron will face Grand Blanc in the Division 1 State Championship on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Michigan State’s Breslin Center. </p>

<p>Linden scored a game-high 19 points in the Pilot’s loss to Ann Arbor Huron.</p>

<p>Ty recorded a double-double, scoring 19 points and grabbing 12 boards in Grand Blanc’s 68-58 win over Forest Hills Northern.</p>

<p>RJ scored 16 points, had seven assists, and four rebounds in the Bobcat’s win over Forest Hills Northern.</p>

<p>Ethan scored a co-game-high 19 points in the Huskies’ loss to Grand Blanc.</p>

<p>Gavin shot 4-for-8 from deep, recording 16 points in Northern’s loss.</p>
