All City Classic Basketball Tournament- Top Wing Players

<p style="text-align: left;">Saturday April 3, 2021 featured some of the best seniors in the state of Pennsylvania. The All City Classic Basketball Tournament was played at the Boy &amp; Girls Club of Harrisburg and it showcased players from Reading, York, Harrisburg, Cumberland Valley, and Dallastown to name a few.</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2021/04/ACC-Moro-Osomangua.jpg"><img class="alignnone wp-image-1162830 size-thumbnail alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2021/04/ACC-Moro-Osomangua-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="990959" first="Moro" last="Osumanu"] Jr- 2021-F-Reading High School</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left;">Moro is a 6’5 wing who can cover the shooting guard , small forward, and some power forward positions. He has great length and athleticism to help many D2-D3 schools. After finishing his senior season with a State Championship, he put on a show at this tournament by scoring inside and beyond the arc. </p> <p style="text-align: left;"><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2021/04/ACC-Devon-Haggins.jpg"><img class="alignright wp-image-1162839 size-thumbnail" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2021/04/ACC-Devon-Haggins-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="991133" first="De’Von" last="Haggans"]-2021-F-Central Dauphin High School</strong></p> <p style="text-align: left;">De’Von is a 6’4 wing who can shoot the ball from beyond the arc. He also finished his senior season with 94 total rebounds, 43 assists, and 17 blocks. He plays above the rim and is a natural athlete. With many D1 offers on the table for football, he would be a steal for a nice low D1- High D2 school. He also a true competitor. He finished his senior season averaging 17.6 points per game, 19 three pointers made, 102 rebounds, 62 assist, 40 steals, and 22 blocks. He is very athletic and plays above the rim. If you need a defender, rebounder, and an easy bucket on the D2-D3 level, Jadon could add value for your team. </p>
