No player improved their stock as much last week as Kramer did. The 6-5 wing showed his ability to score from all three levels at an efficient clip, as well as strong defense, athleticism, and playmaking. His best all-around game was in the semifinal win over Cedar Falls when he went for 23 points on 7-11 shooting, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists, but he was strong in all three games for the Dragons in their runner-up finish.

The recently crowned Mr. Basketball, DeVries was strong all week for the Warriors. He, Sandfort, and Biliew weren't able to compile the same stats that some other players were throughout the week since they essentially ended their quarterfinal and semifinal games after the first quarter, but DeVries was highly efficient and contributed across the board to help lead Waukee to their first state title.

Sandfort was strong last week, finishing third in scoring average, rebounding and assists during the week. The future Hawkeye showed his ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor and shot 40% from behind the arc in a venue that is not conducive to shooting for high schoolers.

The top-5 national prospect in the 2023 class may have had his coming out party in the 4A championship game when he went for 16 points (on 5-9 shooting, including 2-2 from 3), plus 6 rebounds, and 2 blocks. The 6-8 forward was outstanding on the defensive end all week, and his scoring in the championship game kept the Warriors alive when they got off to a slow start.

The 5-10 junior guard had a big week for the Dragons, and boosted his stock as a result. He's a confident shooter who led the 4A field with 7 made 3-pointers, and he showcased some incredibly impressive range, routinely knocking down NBA-range 3s and making it look easy. He set the tone early in their semifinal win over Cedar Falls, using his quickness to get to the rim and going 3-7 from the arc.
