Monday District Games to Watch

<p>Postseason technically tipped off yesterday with a couple of district games but we hit full stride tonight. Here’s a look at some of the top games on the schedule.</p> <p><strong>Marshall vs Murray - </strong>The matchup of <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="773408" first="Zion" last="Harmon"] </strong>and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1111950" first="Cole" last="Mills"] </strong>against <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="932780" first="Grant" last="Whitaker"]</strong> should be a fun one. Look for Murray to try to contain Harmon and make Mills beat them.</p> <p><strong>Elizabethtown vs North Hardin - </strong>The young Trojans are likely to lose by a lot to the veteran E-Town roster but there is a puncher’s chance that <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="939115" first="Ayden" last="Evans"] </strong>and company can slow down <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="530678" first="JaQuais" last="Franklin"] </strong>and the Panthers.</p> <p><strong>Bishop Brossart vs Scott - </strong>10th region player of the year <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923064" first="Grant" last="Profitt"]</strong> and the Eagles will have their hands full with Brossart. Scott won their only matchup this season but Brossart is very solid.</p> <p><strong>Robertson County vs Pendleton County - </strong>Two of the best players in the region lock horns as <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="801588" first="Justin" last="Becker"] </strong>and Robertson take on <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923017" first="Tredyn" last="Thomas"] </strong>and the Wildcats.</p> <p><strong>Augusta vs Mason County - </strong><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="801623" first="Kason" last="Hinson"]</strong> will need to be the best player on the court for Augusta to knock off <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1110296" first="Terrell" last="Henry"] </strong>and Mason County.</p> <p><strong>Tates Creek vs Lexington Christian - </strong>They split two regular season meetings and the rubber match will end someone’s season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="801625" first="Tanner" last="Walton"] </strong>against <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1033474" first="Sam" last="Parrish"] </strong>will be a fun guard battle.</p> <p><strong>Danville vs Lincoln County - </strong>A top guard matchup in the works as <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="638866" first="Jaxon" last="Smith"] </strong>and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923018" first="Dante" last="Hayden"]</strong> go head to head. Either team could end up region champs when all is said and done.</p> <p><strong>South Laurel vs Corbin - </strong>This is actually a district Championship game. Look for <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1022272" first="Hayden" last="Llewellyn"] </strong>and the Hounds to battle against <strong>Micah Anders</strong> and South Laurel as they ride a 6 game win streak into the game.</p>
