Big Shots North Charleston: UNSIGNED Seniors

<p>Prep Hoops started the Grassroots season off at the Big Shots North Charleston Marriott Tip-Off. The event was the first one this season here in 2021 for Prep Hoops. Spillers seems to be best from inside the paint and scoring baskets on activity around the cup or in transition. Hartzog a spot up shooter has good range behind the arc. Hartzog plays the game within is means and understands on what he can do and not do. Hartzog has the ability to knockdown open shots from the perimeter. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1023698" first="Malichi" last="Williams"] - Hanahan HS - Big Shots Elite SC Premier UNSIGNED Seniors</strong></p> <p>Williams is geared to scored the ball from the combo guard position. Williams more of a 2/1 type on the floor ended his career with the Hawks after attending Goose Creek HS. Williams will slash to the basket and get out and score some cheapies in transition. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="927520" first="Mequaje" last="McDaniels"] - Westwood HS - Big Shots Elite SC Premier UNSIGNED Seniors</strong></p> <p>McDaniels creates his offense at times from out front with his ball-handling. McDaniels converted on some pull-up jumpers in transition while also scoring from behind the 3-point line. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1133745" first="Tykelvien" last="Thompson"] - Goose Creek HS - Big Shots Elite SC Premier UNSIGNED Seniors </strong></p> <p>Thompson really brings good intensity to the floor with his ability to defend on the ball. Thompson plays the game very vocally and really communicates well with his teammates on the floor. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1149781" first="Ryan" last="Smith"] - Hillcrest HS (Simpsonville) - Big Shots Elite SC Premier UNSIGNED Seniors </strong></p> <p>Smith was a new face for me to see this weekend. Smith played a combo forward has the ability to face-up from the perimeter and knockdown shots. Smith looked to have a nice stroke from 17-19 feet at times. </p> <p>Prep Hoops plans on seeing some more of these Big Shots teams in the weeks to come at some Grassroots Events here in the Palmetto State. EXPECT to see many more kids that remain UNSIGNED playing on the Grassroots Circuit this coming spring and summer. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
