Prep Hoops Missouri features some of the top brother acts from around the state. We’ve found close to two dozen of them, so we will break it down into two parts. Here is the first wave. We’ll feature another group next week.

Quinton, Devin and Darin Conley (Pembroke Hill): [player_tooltip player_id="1052521" first="Quinton" last="Conley"] is a 6’3 2022 forward who also happens to be an excellent football prospect. His twin brothers Devin and Darin are also key players. Devin is an excellent 3-point shooter while the 6’3 Darin does his best work in the post.

Always and All Wright (Joplin): The most potent perimeter scoring brother act in the state is the Wright brothers. Always is a 6’3 2022 while All is a 2024. Both can fill it up from 3-point range and put up some big scoring nights. Both have enjoyed 30-point performances during the season.

KJ and Keyon Spiller (Center): KJ is a talented 6’4 2021 wing player who combines his physical strength and big body with a versatile skill set to make him a matchup nightmare. Younger brother Keyon is a 6’5 2023 forward who plays well off a KJ with his ability to move without the ball and hit the offensive boards.

Joshua and [player_tooltip player_id="993529" first="Josiah" last="Talton"] (Monroe City): The set of 2022 twins have been fixtures in the Monroe City lineup since they were freshman, when they joined older brother CE Talton on a district championship team. With CE graduated, they have continued the family excellence as they have helped lead the Panthers to a Class 3 Final Four appearance last season and another strong campaign this year.

Tyler and Austin Schwebach (Stanberry): The 2022 twins are a very talented Inside-Outside combination for Stanberry. Austin is an athletic 6’5 forward who is averaging 14 points and 10 rebounds a game. Tyler is a 6’3 guard who averages 13 points a four assists a game.

Eddie and [player_tooltip player_id="1071873" first="Nolan" last="Simon"] (Whitfield): [player_tooltip player_id="824215" first="Eddie" last="Simon"], Jr is a 6’3 2021 wing player who has been a solid varsity performer for the past four years. Younger brother Nolan is a 5’10 combo guard who is tremendous on the dribble penetration. He averages a team high 15 points a game.

Drew and Devon McMillin (Republic): The Tigers are currently 19-2 with a pair of McMillins in the starting lineup. Drew is a 6’0 2021 who is one of the best shooters in the state and the linchpin of the Tigers’ attack. Devon is a 2022 guard who is a solid complimentary player who can also shoot the basketball.

Jevon and Izaak Porter (Father Tolton): As usual, the Trailblazers are stocked with talented members from the Porter family. Jevon is a 6’11 2022 wing player with guard skills and three-level scoring ability. Izaak is a 6’4 2023 who has provided valuable minutes off the bench with his size and perimeter shooting.

Brady and Trotter Hughes (Wellington-Napoleon): [player_tooltip player_id="992315" first="Brady" last="Hughes"] is a 6’3 2022 wing player who has been posting some big scoring and rebounding numbers this season. He recently scored his 1,000th career point. Younger brother Trotter Hughes is an up and coming 2024 combo guard who has playing well as a starter.

EJ and [player_tooltip player_id="1070097" first="Kobi" last="Williams"] (Westminster Christian): The talented Williams brothers helped the Wildcats to the Class 4 state quarterfinals last season are a big cogs in another contending team this season. EJ is a 6’0 2022 guard who is a high-energy defender who loves to attack the basket. Kobi is a smooth 6’1 2023 combo guard who is highly skilled with good athleticism and defensive instincts.

([player_tooltip player_id="1052521" first="Quinton" last="Conley"] photo courtesy of Jenny Kim).
