Sky’s the limit for the class of 2024. Like most years there are talented players all over the state. This year is no different, some might take some time to develop but there is a lot of talent to develop. The 2024 class will be fun to track.

#1 6’4 W [player_tooltip player_id="1057044" first="David" last="Katoa"], RSL Academy

David has been on the radar for a few years now, he holds a Division 1 football offer from Pac-12 University of Utah, but those basketball offers will be coming in soon too. David runs in transition to both ends of the floor. Impressed with his defensive engagement. He rebounds the ball and can handle the ball. David is athletic and plays above the rim. He could really fill in his body the next couple of years and he will be a problem on both ends of the floor.

#2 6’6 CG [player_tooltip player_id="1056969" first="Brody" last="Kozlowski"], Corner Canyon High School

Brody is a big guard that does a little bit of everything. He has a high IQ and he can score in a hurry. He gets by bigger defenders with easy and can shoot over smaller guards. Great CG going forward. Looks good at all 3 levels while scoring. Impressed with how smooth his game and shot is.

#3 6’5 SG [player_tooltip player_id="1057034" first="Dutch" last="Dowdell"], Olympus High School

Dutch is one of the best pure shooters in this class. He is not a spot up and shoot only type of player. He can dribble into shots and move with the basketball and hit from deep. He can also create for himself and others. While Dutch can shoot the ball it also creates lanes for him to drive the basketball. Dutch will be another Olympus product that will likely play at the highest level.

#4 6’9 C [player_tooltip player_id="1114374" first="Malick" last="Diallo"], Juan Diego Catholic

Malick is long and a freak athlete. He didn’t get cleared early so he missed a few varsity games but he looks ready to play major minutes at the varsity level. On the offensive side he can go over any shoulder and he can track down offensive boards as well. Impressed with his vision and passing ability. Malick roams the paint as he plays zone as of now. Would love to see what he can do playing man moving his feet laterally against smaller defenders or on a switch. Major upside for this kid.

#5 6’7 SF [player_tooltip player_id="1057024" first="Paul" last="Beattie"], Farmington High School

Paul is raw but he has talent. He can exchange from one end to another with speed but purpose as he gets to good spots on the floor. He is keeping it simple right now as he is focusing on put-backs and rebounding but he has a great touch around the basket and from outside. Paul is a great trail big that can hit that trail 3. Paul moves well laterally as he can defend multiple positions. A lot of upside with Paul and his versatility.
