The 2022 rankings have been updated following the conclusion of the 2020-21 regular season. Here’s a look at Part II of the New Faces in the 2022 rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id="1105093" first="Randi" last="Ovalle"]: No. 88

Ovalle is a forward prospect at 6-foot-8 with a ton of potential on the wing as a shooter and playmaker. He’s got a good feel for finding his shot on all three levels while also looking to be a threat in the high post area. He holds offers from Loyola Marymount, San Diego, Illinois, Mississippi State, Washington State and other midmajor programs.

[player_tooltip player_id="870147" first="Joyful" last="Hawkins"]: No. 97

Hawkins is an emerging forward prospect with good instincts at a rim-to-rim threat. He’s got good length at 6-foot-8 that he uses well to finish in the paint and around the rim. As he improves his awareness defensively, look for his stock to grow some more in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id="918978" first="Jackson" last="Holt"]: 102

Holt is a sure-fire shooting guard whether it be off the bench or in the starting rotation. He’s a sharpshooter that gets hot in a hurry in the Moravian Prep rotation and has good length to space the floor with.

[player_tooltip player_id="932142" first="Landon" last="Johnson"]: 103

Johnson finds himself just outside the Top 100 after a productive season in the United Faith Christian backcourt. He’s posted 11.9 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 2.9 apg and 1.1 spg while showing off his ability to shoot the ball at volume and make an impact in the rotation. As he develops his shooting on the perimeter, look for his stock to grow a ton.

[player_tooltip player_id="1121048" first="Nigel" last="Okwakol"]: 104

Okwakol finds himself just outside the Top 100 after a productive season in the South Garner rotation. He’s a versatile prospect at 6-foot-4 that can make things happen with and without the ball in his hands after posting 13.8 ppg, 7.2 rpg and 4.7 apg in 2020-21 as one of their primary scorers.

[player_tooltip player_id="1120787" first="Will" last="Kelly"]: No. 106

Kelly is another wing prospect that sits just outside the Top 100 in the 2022 class. He’s shown strides in the Gaston Christian rotation, producing 19.3 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 2.8 apg and 1.1 spg in 2020-21 while shooting 54 percent from the field and 41 percent from the 3-point arc. He’s got a ton of potential to rise some more in this class.
