<p>Recruiting is a year-round activity and yet the clock is ticking for senior prospects. We are now into their final high school semester. What is the latest?</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="983706" first="Jensen" last="Linton"] (Eagleville) is hearing consistently from Division II programs. He is still wide-open and even considering the possibility of a prep school. Jensen plays in Class A and college recruiters are typically a little reticent to overvalue the statistical accumulation of Class A stars. That is not to say Class A players are not wonderful college players. Just last year [player_tooltip player_id="846000" first="Ryley" last="McClaran"] signed to Freed-Hardemon. Amauri Young (Loretto) selected Bryan College. [player_tooltip player_id="845983" first="Lucas" last="King"] (McKenzie) picked Bethel. Jensen is a very different player than these three guards though. He is a power wing. </p>

<p>In the last 30 days, [player_tooltip player_id="983688" first="Marcus" last="Long II"] (East Hamilton) added offers from both Huntingdon College and University of Southwest. </p>
<p>Senior [player_tooltip player_id="775631" first="Max" last="McAllister"] (Nolensville) is spending his Thursday visiting Ohio Northern University. Max is a high-academic recruit with a 29 ACT and a 4+ GPA. Nearly a dozen D3 programs are deeply involved in recruiting McAllister. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1119934" first="Joshua" last="Ward"] (FACS) is in contact with Lee University (D2) and Waubonsee Valley Community College. </p>

<p>Howard forward [player_tooltip player_id="775583" first="Kerrick" last="Thorne"] is being recruited by: University Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Tennessee Wesleyan, Cardinal Stritch University, Freed-Hardeman, Greenville University, Walter State.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="537358" first="Jacob" last="Beasley"] (Rockvale) continues to discuss college opportunities with Maryville, Bethel, and Greeneville College. Greenville is a D3 program in Illinois.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="537278" first="Yerald" last="Mieses"] (Hamilton Heights Christian Academy) has drawn fresh interest from Washington and Toledo. Chattanooga is inquiring. </p>
