I finally got the opportunity to watch Eduprize Wednesday night in the The Grind Session Group 1 #Bubble located at the Phhacility in Phx,AZ.

They took on #6 West Oaks/FL and took the win in a very exciting game 74-70. This was officially their 1st win in the tough Grind Session and they beat a worthy opponent in the process.

Here were the local standouts from Eduprize:

[player_tooltip player_id="590836" first="Justus" last="Jackson"]

-Jackson is always trying to make plays for his team. His pull-up is deadly from mid to the 3. His upper body strength has dramatically improved. He punishes like-size guard in the post as he uses his footwork and tight handle to get into position then fades away and scores. He has great body control in traffic to finish with his left or right hand. He rises high on his jumpers and creates his own shot and separation. He scored on an impressive pull-up to give them a go ahead score that eventually won it for them.

[player_tooltip player_id="933469" first="Devontes" last="Cobbs"]

-A super athletic combo guard is tough on the ball and is a great help defender. He collects steals and gets many help-side blocks on the norm. He impressively grabs out of area rebounds on both sides of the court and can score it in the paint with his quick second jump and puts it back in. His 3-ball keeps making strides each year and he is a sneaky good passer.

[player_tooltip player_id="994506" first="Rickey" last="Bradley"] (Pictured)

-A transfer by way of Milwaukee is a bouncy guard that gets into the lane with a nice handle and good footwork. He is a good on-ball defender plus smartly takes charges and he is strong in the lane. He is a capable 3pt shooter but prefers getting downhill. He makes many little plays that don’t go unnoticed. He could be a nice late get but It is possible that he may reclassify to the 2022 class. He is [player_tooltip player_id="933469" first="Devontes" last="Cobbs"] cousin.

[player_tooltip player_id="827013" first="Amir" last="Locus"]

-A long sharp shooter for the Eagles. He spaced out the floor when Jackson, Cobbs or Bradley drove and kicked, he was usually the beneficiary. He has a quick release and is very confident with it. He also can throw it down on the break and block shots and rebound in his area.

[player_tooltip player_id="827020" first="Trey" last="Phillips"]

-One of the more all-around defenders in the Grind Session. He goes versus the post players then will switch out to a guard. He is really long, quick-twitched athlete and gobbles up rebounds and gets out of area blocks. His shooting is slowly improving from the perimeter and brings many intangibles to the table.

[player_tooltip player_id="1078697" first="Jorge" last="Ochoa"]

-A physical 4-man who loves the mid-post jumper. He is an outstanding rebounder in his area and his presence helps all others and gives them space to get downhill. He is a good passer, plays with a motor and his strength is obvious. He really compliments the guards on the team.
