<p>Today we have the PHD predicted best 20 players in Class B this for the winter. Our Pre-Season All State Team.</p>

<p><strong>First Team</strong></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="975518" first="Sam" last="Aslesen"]</strong> of Howard (Sr). Sam is one of the best forwards in South Dakota which is why he was offered by DWU and committed to the school two months ago. Aslesen averaged 16 points and seven rebounds a game last year. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="812196" first="Kalen" last="Garry"]</strong> of De Smet (Jr). A D2 offered junior is coming off a first team all state season where he averaged 21 points and 6.5 rebounds a game last season. The top junior in Class B basketball. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="757827" first="Connor" last="Libis"]</strong> of Dell Rapids St. Mary (Sr). As a junior Libis averaged 25.3 points, four boards, 3-4 assists a game while shooting 42-43 percent in the face of multiple defenders. Libis committed to Briar Cliff two months back. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="963747" first="Joe" last="Sayler"]</strong> of White River (Soph). Even though he was a freshman Joe was quickly identified as one of the best players in South Dakota. South Dakota State offered Sayler early and he committed to the school. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="975502" first="Gradee" last="Sherman"]</strong> of Viborg-Hurley (Sr). As a junior big Gradee led his team to a great season averaging <span style="font-size: 1rem;">17.2 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 2.6 assists a game as a frontcourt player. </span></p>

<p><strong>Second Team</strong></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="757853" first="Kelby" last="VanDerWerff"]</strong> of Platte-Geddes (Sr). Averaged 15.3 points and 7.5 boards per game leading his team to state. First team all league player and the toughest scoring weapon on his team. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="975508" first="Tyce" last="Ortman"]</strong> of Canistota (Sr). Tyce averaged 15 points, 6 boards, and 4 assists for the 7th ranked Class B team. Ortman earned a spot on the five man all league team.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="975504" first="Jacob" last="Messmer"]</strong> of Wessington Springs (Sr). The highly skilled big scored 17 a game making over 70 percent of his attempts while averaging a double-double. </p>
<p><strong>Chase Mason</strong> of Viborg-Hurley (Sr). An all around talent with size, Mason averaged 11 points, seven boards, three assists, and a couple steals a game basically doing some of everything.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="757852" first="Isaac" last="Sumption"]</strong> of Leola/Frederick (Sr). Sumption is a first team all league player, an all state pick last season and prospect wise Isaac is one of the best point guards in the senior class (top 20 overall). </p>

<p><strong>Third Team</strong></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="812195" first="Coy" last="Determan"]</strong> of Gregory (Jr).</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="968170" first="Stratton" last="Eppard"]</strong> of Chester Area (Jr)</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="963760" first="Jackson" last="Isakson"]</strong> of Aberdeen Christian (Soph). </p>
<p><strong>Lanner Leidholt</strong> of Warner (Sr)</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="812211" first="Rett" last="Osthus"]</strong> of De Smet (Jr)</p>
