Class 3A – Region 6 Preview

<p>Will the Bulldogs come in and take over after playing in Class 4A last season ? I bet you the Monarchs, Tigers and Knights will have something to say about that. Read more inside right here about Class 3A-Region 6. </p> <p><em><strong>Predictions: </strong></em></p> <p><strong>Marlboro County HS (Bennettsville) - </strong>The Bulldogs drop down from Class 4A and lost in the Lower State Semifinals last season to AC Flora HS. The Bulldogs finished (20-8) last season.</p> <p><strong>Manning HS - </strong>The Monarchs have <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="927507" first="Corey" last="Graham"]</strong> (Back from Injury), <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="865300" first="Justin" last="Daniels"]</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="865314" first="Jehqwauyn" last="Hilton"]</strong>. Oliver averaged 9.1 ppg last season for the Bulldogs. Graham played football this season at wide receiver for the Monarchs. Can Graham get back to his old ways of overpowering players to the basket with his physicality ? </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="976949" first="Hilshon" last="Bailey"] (2021) - Lake City HS </strong></p> <p>Bailey a Quarterback had a big season for the Tigers. Bailey threw for over 1,000 yards this season in just 6 games. Bailey also plays baseball in the spring. Bailey really likes to manufacture points around the basket. Bailey has the ability to finish on contact. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="927567" first="EJ" last="McClam"] (2021) - Lake City HS </strong></p> <p>McClam has committed to play football at the University of North Carolina A&amp;T next season.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="927584" first="Bryce" last="McIntosh"] (2021) - Lake City HS </strong></p> <p>McIntosh just like Bailey excels at 3 sports for the Tigers. McIntosh a combo guard will be one of senior leaders for the Tigers this season. </p> <p><strong>Jaden Broughton (2021) - Crestwood HS (Dalzell) </strong></p> <p>Broughton a combo guard will be the leader of this high powered offense for the Knights. </p> <p><strong>Kameron Rodriguez (2022) - Lakewood HS (Sumter) </strong></p> <p>Rodriguez played football this fall for the Gators. Rodriguez really plays the game to the fullest with effort and determination. Daniels gets the ball into the paint and saw great minutes last season as a freshman. Stradford plays the game aggressive and likes to attack the rack. Stradford is a very good passer on the floor finding his teammates. </p>
