Big Shots Myrtle Beach Tip Off

<p>The season is approaching throughout the Palmetto State. First Baptist ran into a buzz saw in Lake Norman Christian (NC) with <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="992474" first="Mikey" last="Williams"]</strong> (2023). McKenzie will be the main cog on this team this season after averaging 15.4 ppg last year for the Hurricanes. </p> <p><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/11/A2BE3324-4782-424B-AE98-9330A16B8E12.jpeg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1085146" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/11/A2BE3324-4782-424B-AE98-9330A16B8E12-300x225.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a></p> <p>Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach have added a few new players to the mix this season for Head Coach Colin Stevens. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="930642" first="Fisher" last="Darden"]</strong> (2022) and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="987980" first="Quadir" last="Scott"]</strong> (2024) have made the move over to Ron McNair Blvd this to play for the Saints. Darden played at Waccamaw HS last season and ran with Manzer on the Grassroots Circuit this summer.</p> <p>Scott a left-handed high energy guard played in 12 games last season for the nearby Socastee HS Braves as a 8th grader. </p> <p><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/11/BA3F72FE-BEEF-4812-ADFE-CD251797BF4A.jpeg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1085145" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/11/BA3F72FE-BEEF-4812-ADFE-CD251797BF4A-300x197.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="197" /></a></p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="927521" first="Lawton" last="Fulford"]</strong> (2021), <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="930602" first="Seth" last="DeBruhl"]</strong> (2022) and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="922021" first="Rivers" last="Dickerson"]</strong> (2023) all return to the roster this season for the Saints. Dickerson brings a great blue collar attitude to the floor for the Saints. The Saints will play in the SCISA Class 2A ranks this season while First Baptist will play in the biggest classification at Class 3A. </p>
