[player_tooltip player_id="1068266" first="Johnny" last="Archer"] (PF, Walled Lake Northern)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #192

Archer is a strong and physical player in the paint. He has the strength to back up that physicality too. Archer moves well laterally as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="983526" first="Donovan" last="Russell"] (PF, Muskegon Mona Shores)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #180

Russell plays good vertical defense in the paint. He’s comfortable with contact and isn’t afraid to bang a little bit in the post. Russell could have a really nice junior season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1068146" first="Ian" last="Weller"] (PF, Jackson Northwest)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #172

Weller is a nice prospect out of Jackson. He looks to block shots down low and be a defensive factor. Weller is versatile as well, having the ability to be a stretch 4 or a wing.

[player_tooltip player_id="983528" first="Calvin" last="Hyde"] (PF, Northview)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #171

Quite frankly, Hyde should probably be ranked higher. He’s got a really nice upside. Hyde is an athletic 4 that you can tell really pushes himself as far as physical training.

[player_tooltip player_id="1067872" first="Caleb" last="Zurek"] (PF, White Lake Lakeland)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #166

Zurek is another player that could certainly be ranked higher. Either way, he’ll be a great addition to a college program someday. Zurek is an athletic forward that will be a double-double threat every game this season.

[player_tooltip player_id="983517" first="Brandon" last="DeVries"] (PF, Kalamazoo Christian)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #158

DeVries is a space filler underneath. The young man is strong and physical. He can, and will, bulldog for position under the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id="983533" first="Amrit" last="Sran"] (PF, Birmingham Groves)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #149

Sran has really come into himself as a basketball player over the last year or so. He doesn’t have to be ball dominate to make a difference or have an influence in a game.

Omari Boyd (C, Arbor Prep)

Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #148

Boyd is a rising prospect that we should all keep a close eye on. He’s underrated as an athlete and seems to have a very high basketball IQ.
