PHI took in more action from Stealth Runs on Monday night. This time it was the 2021 prospects that participated. We dive into our evaluations in Stealth Runs Next Wave: 2021 Standouts!

[player_tooltip player_id="920966" first="Tyler" last="Van Eekeren"] (Benet)

TVE is one of the more under recruited prospects in the class. Tough and skilled wing that checks a lot of boxes. Got out in transition for quite a few scores being aggressive taking it right at the defense. Also has the capability to dish off to teammates when the defense collapses on him. Tough wing defender and is a plus spot up threat from beyond the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id="921052" first="Danny" last="Mulcare"] (Glenbard West)

Mulcare has grown on us over the last couple months at these runs. Strong bodied forward just produces! He has good footwork in the paint posting up strong. Sweet up and under post move was one of the slickest moves of the night. The broad shouldered four man crashes the glass and runs the floor hard. Can hit a three every now and then as well.

Kyle Engstler (Downers Grove North)

Engstler turned it up several notches as the evening went along. Strong bodied forward did a little bit of everything. Crashed the glass on both ends. Ran the floor hard and could even handle it a little pushing off his defensive boards. Hit a mid-range shot and a three on the night. One to track.

[player_tooltip player_id="821856" first="Henry" last="Krzyzewski"] (Metea Valley)

Legit size and strength out of this Metea Valley center. He is a solid rebounder that high pointed them in traffic. Quality post defender that is a shot blocking presence at times. Offensively he is a bit mechanical and didn’t have great touch, but flashed a sweet spin move late that shows you where he could be with some development.

[player_tooltip player_id="647237" first="Connor" last="Davis"] (Neuqua Valley)

Davis was one of the best players in the gym. Thick wing that can flat out shoot the rock. Did just that throughout the night connecting on an array of them. Quick and concise release. Also mixed in some transition scores including a coast to coast take. Rebounds well for a wing.

[player_tooltip player_id="921011" first="Dylan" last="Fuzak"] (Geneva)

The Indiana Tech commit is a physical post that is a sound rebounder. Got on the glass for a couple put backs. Had a nice right hand finish along with a spin move for two points.

[player_tooltip player_id="1049508" first="Matas" last="Deksnys"] (Lockport)

Deksnys started out just like he did last time we saw him and we thought it might be a dominant night. He faded a little as the evening went on, but the flashes are very intriguing. Lefty combo forward with a lanky frame. He had a sweet pick and roll pass, ultra smooth take through the defense for a layup, and the lefty bombed in several threes in the opening game.

Zachary Bailey (Hampshire)

Bailey is a thin and wiry point guard that was most effective early on with his crisp passing. As the night went along he got to the rim a few times slithering through the defense and hit a three. Active on ball defender as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="921045" first="Kendall" last="Brasfield"] (Curie)

Brasfield is an under the radar combo guard that played both on and off the ball on Monday night. Has a smooth offensive game connecting on a pair of threes and using his athleticism in the paint.

Tommy Asleson (Lyons)

This lead guard is a rock solid passer that makes pretty sound decisions with the ball. Also a capable mid-range jump shooter.

Nick Reid (Marmion Academy)

Reid is another point guard similar to Asleson in many respects. Quality passer that can hit an open look from deep if it presents itself.

[player_tooltip player_id="1049599" first="Tyler" last="Wildermuth"] (York)

Wildermuth is a crafty point guard that makes plays in the lane with acrobatic finishes, crashing the glass, and hit a three.

Jimmy Dohoney (Niles Notre Dame)

It was a slow start for the Notre Dame guard, but he got it going late in the night. Crafty two guard that hit the offensive glass for several put backs. Also drilled a three and scored in the open floor late.
