<p>There was a lot of movement with the latest update. These are the top risers in the newest rankings. This list does not include players who were not previously ranked.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="793828" first="Sam" last="Vinson"], Highlands 12-->3 - </strong>One of the leading scorers in the state as a Junior, Sam went from off the radar to top 3 in the class with 5 D1 offers in less than a year. Recently committed to Northern Kentucky, Vinson will hope to get Highlands to Rupp after nearly upsetting Covington Catholic last season in the regional tournament.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923001" first="Cam" last="Pope"], Male 21-->8 - </strong>Pope had to wait his turn to be the man at Male but has had a really good fall at the Invite and the Bluegrass Fall League which led to an offer from Jacksonville State and multiple schools starting to recruit him heading into his Senior season. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923035" first="Ayden" last="Mudd"], St. Xavier 62-->23 - </strong>Mudd has had a really good AAU and Fall League which led to a recent commitment to continue his career at Bellarmine next season. He doesn’t put up huge numbers for a balanced Tiger attack but with good positional size and intangibles, he has a chance to contribute for Bellarmine.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923064" first="Grant" last="Profitt"], Scott 90-->48 - </strong>One of the better players in northern Kentucky who doesn’t get a whole lot of accolades and recognition. Grant shined at our 250 Expo last summer then had a great Junior season. Heading into his Senior year, Proffitt hopes to get Scott back to a deep run in the Regional tournament.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923045" first="Will" last="Downton"], Beechwood 72-->50 - </strong>One of the best athletes in the class, Downton puts on a show in warmups and gives maximum effort during games. A good all around player who rebounds the ball well at the guard spot, Will is a team player who makes the extra pass and moves very well without the ball.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923065" first="Mason" last="Shirley"], Allen County-Scottsville 91-->60 - </strong>The darkhorse for 4th region player of the year, Mason is a good scoring guard who can put the ball in the bucket from all over the floor. He’s grown and filled out over the last year and is worth a look from NAIA and D3 schools, especially the in state ones.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="923061" first="Eli" last="Brown"], Paducah Tilghman 88-->66 -</strong> A really good shooter who continues to improve in all aspects of his game, Brown is a high academic player getting college interest from every level and could be one of the top players in the first region this season. </p>
