As the AAU season comes to a close, there are still many 2021 prospects that have not been noticed and may be considered "under the radar". Listed below are a few players that I had the opportunity to watch throughout the summer and continued to impress.

[player_tooltip player_id="1015828" first="Kole" last="Johnson"] (5’11) G

AAU - Oklahoma Power

High School - Putnam City North (Video: TOPNOTCHSPORTS3)

Johnson is a quick point guard that uses his speed to edge past defenders and get inside the paint to create for his team. His vision allows him to make the right reads and hit the open man or take the open shot. Johnson is also an elite defender that is constantly speeding up the offense throughout the game.

[player_tooltip player_id="1015853" first="Kyler" last="Mann"] (6’4) SF

AAU - OK PWP

High School - Owasso

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/13807782/5ec74b41b023e417402100e4

Mann is able to be a threat anytime he is on the floor due to his length and athleticism. The 6’4 forward is an aggressive rebounder that will pull down anything that comes off the rim. He can step outside and shoot, or take his defender to the rack and finish at the rim with ease. Along with his offensive abilities, Mann is a tenacious defender that can guard any position on the floor and will always give the opposing team problems.

[player_tooltip player_id="1015839" first="Braden" last="Weaver"] (6’0) G

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/9569454/5f57e06419afb01abc85a49a

The Bixby guard is a big-time shooter. He was able to be a threat from beyond the arc all summer long and was constantly showing his ability to shoot the basketball at different levels. Weaver is also able to put the ball on the floor and pull up in front of the defense or finish at the basket. His quick hands-on defense allows him to get a lot of loose balls and steals for easy points down on the offensive end as well.

Schafer Reichart (6’2) G

AAU - Pluto Prospects

High School - Doherty

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwezTpUnVW8

Reichart is an impressive player with a motor that allows him to be all over the floor making plays. He has the ability to shoot the basketball and can also take his defender off the bounce and or finish inside. Reichart plays very unselfish and is a true team player that will do what it takes to get his team on top.

Cameron Lee (6’2) G

AAU - Oklahoma Power

High School - Edmond North

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/12054681/5e8218abf31cb209e42c99d6

Lee is the type of player you want on your team. He can handle the ball, shoot the ball, and simply make the right play on the offensive end. He plays hungry and is constantly moving around on the floor to get rebounds and make plays on the defensive end. Lee is a team player that plays very unselfish and truly shows his love for the game.

[player_tooltip player_id="953448" first="Camari" last="Smiley"] (6’3) G

AAU - Movement

High School - Classen SAS

https://www.hudl.com/video/3/14042506/5e62c5cce985871bb037c205

Smiley can score at all three levels. He is the type of player that can break the defense down and make plays down on the offensive end for his team. Shooting the ball from deep is no problem for Smiley, he is able to shoot both off the dribble and off the catch with ease. He also really knows how to use his body on both ends of the floor and is a great defender that will sit down and guard the whole game.
