Each team played in a total of 4 games and here are some of the top performers from the event.
Jordan Fitch 5’10″ PG | Lake Creek HS | 2021
Jordan was in his bag throughout all 4 games. Played very consistently and was a problem for the opposition. He was able to get a lot of high quality paint touches where he was able to find his teammates really easy and was dropping dimes out there as he averaged 5.2 assists per game. He also lit it up from beyond the arc. Tough one dribble pull ups in the mid-range as well. He averaged 16.2 points per game. He also brought in 4.7 rebounds and was solid on the defensive end with quick hands averaging 1.7 steals per game. He is hearing from some colleges but coaches don’t be late to the party on this prospect.
Jesse Viramontez 6’1″ SG | Huffman HS | 2022
This was my first time seeing this prospect and he showed up every game. He is a tough guard that can flat out shoot the ball. He is a solid catch and shoot prospect that can put the ball on the court as well. He was able to get to the bucket at times also. Small Colleges definitely need to have this prospect on there radar ASAP. His averages from the event was 16 points per game, 3.7 rebounds per game, and 1.2 steals per game.
Quentin Beverly 6’1″ G | Cypress Park HS | 2022
Q is a tough all-around guard. A bit of a position tweener because it’s hard to tell what position he can actually be utilized as. Has good ball quickness and his motor is always super high. He is everywhere on the court at all times. He is a good catch and shoot prospect. He can take his man off the dribble to the rim. He is a tenacious on-ball defender as well. He gets in the mix to rebound the ball as well and has some athleticism. His stats from the weekend were 15.2 points per game, 3 rebounds per game, and 2.2 steals per game.
Grey Soileau 6’7″ PF | Huffman HS | 2022
Grey is a traditional post player. He also ran the floor really well for the Falcons. He keeps the ball in his chest and hardly brought it down low. Has a decent physical presences on the block also. He shot it well in the paint at 65% and averaged 17 points per game. He also was cleaning up on the glass as he brought down 7.5 rebounds per game. He was solid on the defensive end as well and has solid timing on blocking shots where he averaged 1 block per game.
Kaleb Stewart Kaleb Stewart 6'1" | PG Humble Atascocita | 2021 State #242 Nation TX 6’3″ PG | Atascocita HS | 2021 – Louisiana Tech
The Louisiana Tech commit played pretty solid for his loaded squad. He has a tough one-two dribble pull-up move. He knocked down a lot of mid-range jumpers as well as got to the rim. He also made some trey balls and was a key part to his team going 3-1 overall on the weekend. His averages where 11.7 points per game, 3.2 rebounds per game, 3 assists per game, and 2.2 steals per game in limited playing time for the Eagles.
