This has been one of the toughest years to get out and see players from a cancelled high school tournament to minimal AAU events. Regardless, we saw as much as we could and now are updating our prospect rankings. Today, we begin with a look at the 2023 class and our breakdown of the top Centers in the class.

Breakdown: The class of 2023 is setup to be a really good class for the state of Indiana. With regards to the post position in 2023, it’s not particularly deep yet. Still solid with legit size like [player_tooltip player_id="868238" first="Luke" last="Burgess"], [player_tooltip player_id="935728" first="Dylan" last="Watson"], and [player_tooltip player_id="1049165" first="Jacob" last="Cherry"] but will be interesting if anyone can catchup to our #1 in Burgess. The two-sport athlete is pretty developed with his game in the post and has size and strength pretty early on. Watson is the closest to his overall size but Luke has an advantage in how developed he is. [player_tooltip player_id="1049165" first="Jacob" last="Cherry"] and [player_tooltip player_id="935744" first="James" last="Stasey"] are similar in their build as thin, lanky post players. Both are pretty mobile, James being a little more so, but Cherry looks like he could be a standout sooner rather than later.
