We covered Minnesota live, but don’t fear Illinois teams that were in Kansas City we got you covered too! All this week we are rolling out our Film Room evaluations from the event! Here is The Finale Film Room: Illinois Bears Parr 16U!
Kolten Gajewski (Nashville – 2022)
Gajewski was the most consistent performer for the Bears in the game we evaluated. Strong left handed small forward with size at 6’6”. Decent handles and was the best athlete on this squad. Scored on a cut through the lane he finished for an and-1 and hit a three. Solid rebounder. Projects as a potential small college player.
Brady Thrane (Hamilton County – 2022)
The 6’0” point guard is a solid passer that threw several crisp dishes and got to the cup a couple times in transition.
Saxton Hoepker (Nashville – 2022)
This 6’4” combo forward started off the game strong getting on the offensive glass for a put back, scoring on a give/go, and hitting a runner.
Gavin Matoush (Hillsboro – 2022)
Matoush is a crafty 6’2” shooting guard that did most of his damage in the paint using his toughness.
Tyler Franklin (Cobden – 2023)
The rising sophomore has a strong frame and did a nice job of finishing through contact in the paint.
