Ray Bellamy | 6’5 CG | 2021
-Bellamy is a pass first point guard
-Bellamy does an excellent job crashing the boards. Given his height and length he is a serious threat to come flying in for offensive putbacks.
-His first step is extremely long and fluid, allowing him to get by most defenders on the wing.
-Bellamy shot extremely efficiently from the field, including 3 for 3 from deep against Team Charlotte.
Cameron Edmonds | 6’2 PG | 2021
-Edmonds was a truly consistent threat to bomb from down town.
-Edmonds rarely turned the ball over. He uses precise moves to get to his spots on the floor.
-Edmonds is excellent at spacing the floor. He communicates well with teammates consistently.
-Edmonds is quick enough to guard full court and at 6’2 he has the size to guard both guard spots.
Keimari Artis | 6’2 SG | 2021
-Artis showed off an intuitive ability to score the rock this weekend. He really looked like he would either make it or miss it, rather then defenders actually stopping him.
-Artis is extremely strong and uses his physicality to attack the rim hard.
-Artis loves to take charges. He has excellent timing and drew several of them this weekend.
-Artis is fearless. No matter who he was up against he put pressure on them constantly.
Camron Kearney | 6’5 CG | 2022
-Kearney is an excellent athlete. At 6’5, he effortlessly finishes above the rim, combining size with bounce.
-Kearney is lethal off the bounce. He uses spins and gathers to throw defenders off of him as he consistently hits the mid range after slashing.
-Kearney can potentially play three positions at the next level. That amount of versatility is definitely something worth keeping an eye on.
Bobby Johnson Bobby Johnson 6'2" | SG Western Branch | 2021 State VA | 6’2 CG | 2021
-I openly admit Bobby Johnson Bobby Johnson 6'2" | SG Western Branch | 2021 State VA is my favorite 2021 player to watch. His energy is contagious and he suffocates the other team with his relentless play.
-Johnson will guard either guard spot full court with no problem. His defensive footwork is excellent.
-Johnson rebounds well for his position. He has a strong frame and uses it to get inside. He also finishes well on putbacks, having a couple and 1s this weekend.
-Johnson is a low risk on the offensive end in terms of hurting you. He takes smart shots and knows when to score and when to dish. He also moves well off the ball and is a great spot up shooter.
