Can you believe it’s almost been 3 months since the last rankings? I have been fortunate to have seen a ton of bball and have learned several new names, and watched several other players grow and improve over the last quarter. In this article, PH takes a look at some of the top stock-rising Bigs in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id="987239" first="Christian" last="Bento"] 6’11 C LV Orange (#60PHN 2021) - Christian "the Beast" Bento has made great strives since arriving in mid season last year. He’s playing with more aggression, and providing production in the way of rebounding and rim protection. With his size and length, he’s a definite candidate to rise up the rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id="927164" first="Desmond" last="Green"] 6’9 C Silverado 2021 (#78PHN 2021) - I’m still on the DG train. Saw him last month in our showcase game, and I thought the fluidity, and athleticism was there. Green possesses, length, size and the ability to control the defensive backboard with his rim protection and rebounding, He is going to be a nice find for somebody.

[player_tooltip player_id="859649" first="Aaron" last="Price"] 6’5 PF Vegas Elite 2022 (#14PHN 2022) - Honestly I have seen very little over the last year. He’s rising because whenever I have seen him, he’s looked great. I truly believe the explosive jumping 4 man is going to have a major impact, the minute he sees the floor consistently.

[player_tooltip player_id="859656" first="Lorenzo" last="Moore"] 6’4 PF Hard 2 Guard (#29PHN 2022) (feature image) - Moore is a guy that knows what he’s good at and does it repeatedly. Rebounder, low post defender, although undersized Moore gives you maximum effort and production in those two areas game in and game out.

[player_tooltip player_id="1006750" first="Rodney" last="Leaks"] 6’3 PF The Chosen Few 2023 - Leaks will make his first appearance in the c/o 2023. A prototypical banger, he has been serviceable, rebounding the basketball for TCF this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id="1006751" first="Stephen" last="Ramsey"] 6’3 PF Legacy Elite 2023 - Ramsey is one of my sleepers. Long arms and good agility, Ramsey will break into the rankings because of his ability to defend, and score around the rim.

Tommy Brascia 6’7 PF The Chosen Few 2023 - The transplant from California has certainly made an impression with his athleticism and finishing ability. Have a sneaking suspicion he may end up being one of the most popular players in the state by years end.

[player_tooltip player_id="1022287" first="Khamon" last="Maker"] 7’1 C Vegas Elite 2024 - I’m not going to tell you that Maker is a finished product. However a 7 foot freshmen is a 7 foot freshmen. Still understandably raw, Maker provides immediate rim protection and rebounding.
