We’ve learned quite a bit through three sessions at I95 Coalition. Now seems like a good time to recap what we’ve seen so far. Here we highlight some of the top playmakers we’ve seen thus far.

[player_tooltip player_id="543848" first="Brayon" last="Freeman"] | New World (DC) ’21

Freeman’s playmaking ability is evident on both ends of the court. The GW commit is a solid defender at the point of attack who has a nose for the ball. While Freeman is known for his ability to score the ball, he is an underrated passer who can share the ball as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="957025" first="Jahnathan" last="Lamothe"] | Team Durant/St. Frances (MD) ’23

Lamothe has turned in consistently strong performances throughout the summer with Team Durant. There’s a maturity about his game that is refreshing to see, and he enhances the performances of those around him.

Colin Ryan | Team Richmond/Collegiate (VA) ’22

Ryan is a tough left-handed lead guard with good positional size. He does whatever it takes to win, whether that means grabbing a rebound in traffic, fighting for a 50/50 ball, or reversing the ball to an open teammate.

[player_tooltip player_id="837924" first="CJ" last="Scott"] | Team Melo/Archbishop Spalding (MD) ’22

Scott is a jack-of-all-trades who excels in transition. He can grab the ball off the boards and quickly initiate the break while demonstrating solid court vision.

Ty Williams | New World/National Christian (MD) ’22

Williams is an efficient point guard who can fill a myriad of roles. He is a willing passer who can also score and defend well.
