25.) Jacob Cooper Jacob Cooper 5'9" | PG Green Run | 2021 State VA 5’9 2021 PG
Possible Projection: D2/D1 Fit
Best Quality: Winner
Summary: As the definition of heart over his height, Jake Cooper is one of the most beloved point guards in the 757. He is also one of the most dangerous. Cooper uses his speed and handle to dominate games, getting to his spots or setting up teammates for their best looks. Cooper is a great point guard for any program in need of a classic playmaker.
How to rank up: Improve physically
24.) George Cutler IV George Cutler IV 6'1" | PG Cape Henry Collegiate | 2022 State VA 6’1 2022 PG
Possible Projection: D2/D1 Fit
Best Quality: Attitude
Summary: George Cutler IV George Cutler IV 6'1" | PG Cape Henry Collegiate | 2022 State VA proved himself last season to be one of the most annoying guards to go against given his defensive prowess. Cutler uses his quickness and long arms to pester even the best guards in the area. Cutler also is a very shifty ballhandler, his handles are just as tight as anyones in the 757.
How to rank up: Consistent Jumper
23.) Cam Edmonds Cam Edmonds 6'2" | CG Western Branch | 2021 State VA 6’1 2021 PG
Possible Projection: D2/D1 Fit
Best Quality: Consistency
Summary: Cam Edmonds Cam Edmonds 6'2" | CG Western Branch | 2021 State VA has one of the best team records in the 757 over the last couple years. This should be no suprise seeing how Cam is a straight up winner. Edmonds is more of a classic point guard, using his playmaking to devastating effect. He is also a well rounded shooter, meaning you can never ease up against him.
How to rank up: Get physically stronger
22). Corey Martin Jr 6’6 2021 SF
Possible Projection: D1/D2 Fit
Best Quality: Energy
Summary: Corey Martin Jr has one of the best physical builds in the area. With great length and already filling out, Martin Jr is an absolute nightmare to keep off the boards. He is an excellent volleyball player and it shows in the way he elevates. Martin Jr does all the little things in the game that ends up making him a lethal matchup for many teams in the area.
How to rank up: Improve Handles
21.) Camron Kearney Camron Kearney 6'4" | SF Moravian Prep | 2022 NC 6’6 2022 SG
Possible Projection: D1/D2 Fit
Best Quality: Athleticism
Summary: Cam Kearney will possibly have the most dunks next year in the 757. Already 6’6, Cam is comfortable playing the one through four spots in the game. Kearney is showing improvements in confidence and consistency this summer, which is scary given he already averaged 16 points and 6 rebounds. Expect those numbers to increase next season.
