<p>Players around the country are working to improve their game with the full AAU season not happening due to the pandemic. Workout sessions are important as they provide players with the opportunity to compete against other high-end players. The Peak Skills Workout is a prime example of that as some of the top players in the area participated. The guards came out to play, but they were not the only group to play well. Here are the top wings from the Peak Skills Workout.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="900318" first="John" last="Horner"], 6’7 SF St. Augustine 2021</strong></p>
<p>Horner had a strong workout session, showcasing his versatile all-around game. The 6’7 forward has a quick release on his shot and was lethal from behind the arc. Horner also attacked the basket strong and finished above the rim. He worked hard on the defensive end and ripped down rebounds out of the air. Horner is ready for a strong senior season for the Hermits as they look to repeat as Non-Public A South champions.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1015330" first="Abdullah" last="Diallo"], 6’8 SF Olympus Prep 2021</strong></p>
<p>Diallo had a good showing at the workout and got better as the session went on. The 6’8 lefty ran the floor hard throughout the game, giving himself easy buckets in transition. Diallo got back in transition and was talking on defense. He attacked the basket hard and showed off a nice touch around the basket. Diallo’s ability to impact the game on the defensive end makes him a good addition to the Olympus Prep squad.</p>
<p><strong>Jaelin Joyner, 6’6 SF Caesar Rodney (DE) 2021</strong></p>
<p>Joyner impressed throughout the workout as he showed his ability to score in multiple ways. The 6’6 forward attacked the basket strong, dunking on <strong>Kaheim Kimbrough-Roach</strong> during the moving 1-on-1 sessions. Joyner showed off a nice handle and knocked down several perimeter jumpers. He attacked the glass hard on both ends and played solid defense. Joyner is a talented wing prospect who should have a strong senior season for Caesar Rodney.</p>
<p><strong>Kaheim Kimbrough-Roach, 6’6 SF Woodbridge (DE) 2021</strong></p>
<p>Kimbrough-Roach’s impact was felt throughout the gym as he was the most vocal guy there. The 6’6 forward was bringing the energy on both ends of the floor and was always talking on the defensive end. Kimbrough-Roach attacked the basket hard as he was looking to dunk almost everything when he got to the rim. He was relentless on the glass and worked well in the offensive sets. Kimbrough-Roach’s energy and talent makes him a player to watch in Delaware next season.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1012958" first="Keith" last="Palek"] III, 6’7 SF St. Augustine 2021</strong></p>
<p>Palek III came into the session as one of the top shooters at the workout and he did not disappoint. The 6’7 lefty has a smooth shooting stroke and a quick release on his shot. Palek III handled the ball well in transition and made several nice moves around the basket. He moves extremely well off the ball and made several nice passes during the game. Palek III is a skilled wing prospect who makes a solid wing duo for the Hermits in 2020-21.</p>
