Frankie Collins Frankie Collins 6'2" | PG Coronado | 2021 State #58 Nation NV 6’1 PG Simply Fundamental 2021 – You could almost take Collins off this list because he did miss a few around the rim. He’s on it because those misses were usually of the Sportscenter top 10 variety. An explosive leaper, Collins threw down several in traffic dunks and finished over and around bigs.
Tavionte Jackson Tavionte Jackson 6'1" | PG Las Vegas | 2022 NV 6’1 PG Hard 2 Guard 2022 (#5PHN 2022) (featured image) – He’s done an unbelievable job of everything this summer, finishing ability included. Big time players understand how to navigate height and length when trying to finish around the rim. Jackson is no different. He can go under the big with his scoop layup, around them with his Euro finish and now over them with his new explosive leaping ability.
Max Lewis 6’6 SF The Vikings 2021 (#4PHA 2021) – It’s not just his layup package that makes him a great finisher, it’s also his ability to create for himself, and finish in iso – situations. Lewis has a quick burst and good COD skills, which allows him the ability to separate and get off a variety of step backs. His favorite one seemed to be his 1 leg fallaway that he made at a high rate.
Ryder Elisaldez Ryder Elisaldez 6'1" | CG Bishop Gorman | 2024 State NV 6’1 SG The Lakers 2024 (#10PHN 2024) – Elisaldez was a showstopper, that simply overwhelmed opponents with speed and athleticism. He used a quick burst to get to the rim, and then his athleticism to finish over people. The incoming freshmen had several highlight dunks during the weekend.
Sebastian Mack Sebastian Mack 6'4" | CG Coronado | 2023 State #58 Nation NV 6’1 SG The Chosen Few 2023 (#1PHN 2023) – Mack has one particular finish where he likes to use his right shoulder to shield the defender while finishing with his left. It’s such a difficult finish and he is so good at it, that it was impossible to leave him off this list.
