Player to Watch:

[player_tooltip player_id="922991" first="Scotty" last="Draud"]. One of the best 2021 prospects in Kentucky, Draud has bulked up over the Covid-19 shut down and grown another inch. At 6’7 and 200 pounds, Scotty is better able to absorb contact and finish around the rim. Scotty has a reputation as a shooter but he needs to become more efficient in his shooting percentages if he wants to boost his college stock and start earning offers.

X Factor:

[player_tooltip player_id="923001" first="Cam" last="Pope"]. Pope was a starter for the loaded Louisville Male squad that spent most of the season ranked #1 in Kentucky but his stats were modest due to the depth on the Male roster. Cam should have plenty more shots this summer and be one of the best players in Louisville as a Senior. His 50% shooting from 3 was no fluke last season and Pope is among the best shooters in the Senior class.

Potential Surprise:

[player_tooltip player_id="923009" first="Trace" last="Flanary"]. Looking at stats, 2.8 points and 1.6 rebounds as a Junior doesn’t scream college prospect but Flanary has the ability to play and guard multiple positions. Trace can put the ball on the floor and finish in traffic. As long as he doesn’t start relying on perimeter shots, he’ll open eyes this summer.
