Recruiting Updates Around the State

<p><em>Recruiting information can be shared anytime with <a href="https://twitter.com/AndrewForce8">@AndrewForce8</a>.</em></p> <p>Wake Forest offered <strong>Presley Patterson</strong>. Patterson plays for Knoxville Catholic and joined BMaze Elite.</p> <p>Soaring senior <strong>Daevonne Warfield</strong> added interest from Talladega College.  Coahoma and Hartnell College offered Warfield, but his list of intrigued teams is lengthy: UT Martin, Troy State, Murray State, VMI, Allen Hancock, Sequoias, Gavilan, Gardner-Webb, North East Community College, Wake Tech Community College, St. John’s University, Bethel University, Lycoming College, University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Reinhardt University.  For what it is worth, the Division I teams expressing interest are UT Martin, Troy State, Murray State, VMI, St. John’s, and Jackson State.  </p> <p>Lipscomb is interested [player_tooltip player_id="537260" first="Grant" last="Slatten"], [player_tooltip player_id="775580" first="Kley" last="McGowan"], and [player_tooltip player_id="775550" first="Reese" last="McMullen"].  Of the trio, McMullen currently holds the most D1 offers.  All three are certain to land at the Division 1 level.</p> <p><strong>Michael Dale</strong> (Cleveland) is a strong student (3.6 GPA) that recently gained interest from Nichols College, Wayland Baptist, and Evangel University.  Evangel is based out of Springfield, Missouri. . Dale already received contact directly or through his Cleveland Head Coach Reggie Tucker from Tennessee Wesleyan, Bethel, University of the South, Missouri Baptist.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="775552" first="John" last="Windley"] (Brentwood) has roster spot offers from Wash U and Emory and a lot of other schools talking to him. He has some DII schools talking to him too.  Windley’s older brother is currently a sophomore at Washington University (St. Louis).</p> <p><strong>Cade Pendelton</strong> (East Hamilton) or his coaches, both high school and AAU heard from Belmont, Davidson, Furman, Valporaiso, Navy, and Princeton.  To a lesser extent, Cade was requested to fill out questionnaires by: Seton Hall, Pennsylvania (Ivy), Oregon, UNLV, Utah, Purdue, VCU, Kansas. To be fair, questionnaires are a very preliminary recruiting tool.</p> <p>https://twitter.com/AndrewForce8/status/1269056793721929728?s=20</p> <p><strong>Jackson Kuberka</strong> (Sequoyah) earned a Maryville College offer, but missed his junior season with a torn labrum. </p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="775539" first="Zander" last="Yates"] (Houston) took unofficial visits to Ole Miss, Liberty, Charlotte, and Liberty.  Schools in contact: VMI, Belmont, Lipscomb, Holy Cross, Drexel, Morehead State, Dartmouth, Tennessee Tech, UT Martin, Southern Alabama, ETSU, and Austin Peay. </p> <p>JP Pegues (Hillsboro) continues to hear from Virginia Tech and UT Martin,  Belmont is also in contact.</p> <p><em>Follow @AndrewForce8.</em></p>
