#66 Martise Jackson Martise Jackson 6'3" | CG Siegel | 2021 State TN (Siegel)
Elite perimeter defender. Martise finished 2019-2020 shooting 45.1% from the floor (92-204) for an effective field goal percentage of 51.2%. Martise did not shoot a frenzied amount of three-pointers, though he did bury them at an impressive 46.3%. The senior attempted 54, making 25 three-pointers during the seasons. Strong student with a sterling 25 ACT recorded.
#67 Anthony Hoof Anthony Hoof 6'2" | CG City University | 2021 State TN (City University)
Anthony is a combo in the sense that he could easily thrive at either guard position. Hoof stands 6-foot-1. Decent change of direction. Confident player with skills to back it up. Needs to add more muscle in the next year in order to be a college-built guard. Hoof rebounds well for a guard.
#68 Marcus Averhart Marcus Averhart 6'2" | CG Clarksville Northeast | 2021 State TN (Clarksville Northeast)
Marcus Averhart Marcus Averhart 6'2" | CG Clarksville Northeast | 2021 State TN earned All-Region and All-District for his 25-win basketball team. The 6-foot-2 wing averaged 12.8 points per game. Very shifty, crisply-moving feet What sets him apart from the typical “just athletic” guard is his outside shooting. Very quick release. Moves well off the ball. Averhart is a confident and effective shooter (44.4% 3-pointers). Plays solid on-ball defense. Averhart could help a little more on the defensive glass. His quick feet are really, really impressive. This entire quintet of players possesses the athleticism to reach a higher ceiling than many of the top 55-60 players in the class. Averhart is the kind of player for recruiters to watch closely. Great trajectory.
#69 Miles Versa Miles Versa 5'11" | PG MBA | 2021 State TN (M.B.A.)
Exceptional poise. Doesn’t need to score to dominate a game. Miles brings plenty of tangible skills to the gym, but his greatest contributions are likely his intangibles (savvy, smart, patient, aware, steady demeanor). The outside shot is perhaps his biggest area of skill improvement in the last two years. Versa could add more muscle to his upper body to prepare for the physicality of college basketball. Tends to be in the right place on offence. Exceptional lower body balance. Versa is confident enough in his abilities and mature enough as a point guard to dominate stretches without taking many shots. His ego is not inflated or overwhelming, which means that he can inspire multiple teammates to take over all while driving the bus towards the win. Heady. Savvy. Smooth. His game features very few weaknesses. Junior season: 11.4 ppg 2.6 apg.
#70 Kel Eddins Jr. Kel Eddins Jr. 6'2" | CG Red Bank | 2021 State TN (Red Bank)
Kel Eddins Jr. Kel Eddins Jr. 6'2" | CG Red Bank | 2021 State TN will have college football options and yet he is a scary impactful basketball player too. Elite reaction time. Very light on his feet. Even though Kel possesses a physical and athletic edge over most high school guards he doesn’t just run and jump. The ability to hit outside shots is present. Eddins recognizes gaps in the defense while still playing at a high speed. He has good mental and physical reaction time. Slender with exceptional bball strength. Unafraid of contact. Ferocious shot-blocker at the high school level for sure.
Kel Eddins
