The Shore Conference is extremely competitive and exciting year in and year out. Here are some of the top big men that keep the game played at a high-level.

[player_tooltip player_id="931028" first="Jack" last="Seidler"] (2022) | Marlboro

Seidler took a massive step as a sophomore and it was obvious from game one when he put 26 points on CBA. He averaged over 18 points per game this season. Seidler showed an ability to draw contact and finish at the rim. He was one of the top free throw shooters in the conference with 129 makes.

[player_tooltip player_id="931027" first="Alex" last="Bauman"] (2022) | Red Bank Catholic

Bauman is impressive on the court. He is a big body that can dominate down low but also step out and shoot from deep. Bauman is extremely agile and knows how to use his size and strength to his advantage. He is a capable rebounder on both ends and a big scorer in the lane.

[player_tooltip player_id="901964" first="Ryan" last="Zan"] (2022) | Ranney

Zan is a member of the Class of 2022, along with [player_tooltip player_id="901941" first="Elijah" last="Perkins"], that will keep Ranney near the top. Zan is a 6’5 forward that can be categorized as a stretch four. He is extremely versatile on the floor and that works in Ranney’s favor. He can guard multiple positions and handle the ball if need be.

Joe Lardaro (2021) | Freehold Township

Lardaro had his first taste of being a top option for Freehold this season and that will continue as a senior. He is a strong forward that is not shy about rebounding amongst larger defenders. He has a soft touch around the rim and showed an ability to step out and shoot from midrange.

Logan Peters (2021) | Wall

Peters was a valuable piece for a guard heavy Wall team. The 24 win squad was led by [player_tooltip player_id="896620" first="Quinn" last="Calabrese"] and [player_tooltip player_id="900360" first="Pat" last="Lacey"] on the perimeter but Peter’s work on the inside was extremely important. He jump started the offense plenty of times grabbing rebounds and finding the outlet. He was a strong defender and one of the quicker forwards in the conference.

Malik Fields (2022) | Neptune

What a season it was for Neptune. They made a big run as a low seed to the state sectional championship game. Fields was a reason why. He has a rawness to his game. Fields does not always make the pretty play but he makes the necessary ones, and does it effectively. He is an effort player that has a motor that doesn’t stop.
