Cooper Jones, 6’1, G, 2021, Spring Hill
An interesting two-way prospect who shows a strong upside as scorer and primary ball handler. A 6’1 guard who attacks the basket and looks to trip up opponents with his handles as he works inside for high percentage shots. He can score from 3-point range and shows toughness as a rebounder, on ball defender and in transition on both ends of the floor. An underrated prospect who earned 5A All-State honorable mention honors.
Wyatt Noll, 6’4, F, 2021, DeSoto (pictured)
A tough, physical inside out player who is an active defender who looks to stay on the move and keep his hands up inside, Noll earned 5A All-State honorable mention honors. Noll is a mobile inside-outside player who has a soft-touch and can score using floaters glass shots and from distance when he is locked in. A high IQ player who is unselfish and looks to be active wherever he can both with and without the ball.
Jahi Peppers, 5’8, PG, 2021, Highland Park
An athletic and quick player who can create with his dribble and move without the ball. Peppers likes to get up the for quickly for easy buckets around the basket but also looks to spread out wide and score 3-pointers. He can distribute the ball well and has solid vision for his size and good balance in overall control. A 5A All-State honorable mention player his junior year.
Elijah Brooks, 6’2, G, 2022, Topeka West
Brooks is an impressive young talent who shows a great work ethic, solid athleticism and a natural feel or the floor. A 5A All-State third team selection who has good size at 6’2 and shows an inside-outside game that helps him score and make plays in a variety of ways. He’s an underrated prospect to really set a tone his sophomore year.
Will Gavin, 6’1, G, 2022, Aquinas
Also an impressive football standout, Gavin is an all-around athlete who shows solid speed, great athleticism and the ability to make a statement on both ends of the floor. He’s wiry and keeps his hands up and shows great footwork and smart timing. He can connect shots in transition and from the ark and shows solid handles and the ability to shut down opponents as a defender.
