Semaj Threats Semaj Threats 5'10" | PG Desert Pines | 2021 State NV 5’9 PG Desert Pines 2021 (#26PHN 2021) (featured image) – Threats came off the bench to provide perimeter defense, ballhandling, and playmaking. He’s one of the best on-ball defenders in the state and provides instant offense.
Jamir Stephens Jamir Stephens 6'1" | CG Desert Pines | 2022 State NV 6’1 SG Desert Pines 2021 (#11PHN 2022) – Stephens highlights the depth of the DP squad. The sophomore came off the bench to provide ballhandling, perimeter defense and transition scoring for the 4A runner ups.
Elijah Johnson Elijah Johnson 5'10" | PG Durango | 2022 NV 5’9 PG Durango 2022 (#19PHN 2022) – Johnson straight up d’s up. He comes off the bench for the Trailblazers and is instantly up in ballhandlers. While defense is his strength, he also can knock down 3’s when given catch and shoot opportunities.
Jo – Jo Garcia Jo – Jo Garcia 6'2" | SG Foothill | 2021 State NV 6’2 SG Foothill 2021 (#59PHN 2021) – Garcia spent time as a starter, but coming off the bench did nothing to lessen his shooting ability. His signature performance of the season came when he hit 6 3’s against Cimarron en route to a 20 point night.
Ryan Abelman Ryan Abelman 6'4" | SG Bishop Gorman | 2022 State NV 6’2 SG Bishop Gorman 2022 (#4PHN 2022) – Ableman may be a controversial mention, simply because he didn’t have the same production that some of the other players on the list had. However, you have to factor in that he was able to use his time to come off the bench and make shots against elite high school competition. Probably could start for most programs, but is a star in his role for the Gales.
