With the season concluded, a number of seniors are starting to make their decisions on where they will be playing their college basketball. There are still a number of seniors who are quality prospects still looking for a spot at the next level. Here’s a quick look at some more top guard prospects who could be contributors in their first year at a variety of levels.

[player_tooltip player_id="841400" first="Emanuel" last="Steward"] (2020 Grant) - Long shooting guard that has just started to fill out into his body. Once solely a spot-up shooter, has with his game off the dribble and with mid-range pull-ups. Has the athleticism to finish at the rim. Continues to improve with his shot selection and decision making. Has tremendous upside with his continued physical development. Stats: 12.8 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 2.4 apg.

[player_tooltip player_id="841401" first="Ethan" last="Abrahamson"] (2020 Gresham) - Lanky wing who has developed from being solely a shooter to a shooter/scorer. Has a smooth shooting stroke and can score at all three levels, having added strength to be able to create and finish near the rim. Became more of an effective passer with more talented teammates joining the squad. Has his choice of NWAC schools but is open to D-II/NAIA interest. Stats: 14.4 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 1.9 apg.

[player_tooltip player_id="841402" first="Jayden" last="Vranes"] (2020 Crater) - Lefty point guard that plays with an extremely high motor. Really specializes in getting to the basket, mostly kicking it out to open teammates but can also finish at the hoop in creative ways. Makes great decisions in transition, especially after created turnovers. Really gets after it on defense. One of the top assist guys at the 5A level. Stats: 6.5 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 5.3 apg.

[player_tooltip player_id="841404" first="Isaiah" last="Wallace"] (2020 Churchill) - Active guard that missed most of the season recovering from ACL surgery. Settled into sixth man role and provided instant offense off the bench when cleared to play. Shoots with range from distance but can also create off the bounce when healthy. Likely headed the JC route.

[player_tooltip player_id="625670" first="Wayne" last="Jamison"] (2020 Westview) - Athletic guard that does a bit of everything. Is more of a scorer than a shooter but converted two-point field goals at a high percentage. Has great end-to-end speed and can really push the tempo off the defensive rebound. Has the ability to be a lockdown perimeter defender with his length and quickness. Also a track star so looking to do both at the college level. Stats: 13.6 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 1.8 apg.

[player_tooltip player_id="841410" first="Jayoni" last="Moore"] (2020 Roosevelt) - Combo guard that largely played at shooting guard as a senior. Has always specialized in catching and shooting but has improved his ability to get to the basket. Has a strong body that allows him to absorb contact and finish plays. Has the ability to make clean passes that lead to easy baskets. Considering NAIA and JC options. Stats: 16.8 ppg, .824 ft%.

[player_tooltip player_id="841416" first="Pierce" last="Roeder"] (2020 Sandy) - One of the top outside shooters from three-point range in 6A this season. Has deep range and a quick release. Also has a good body and can score off the drive. Money at the free throw line. Has an offer from Multnomah and significant interest from NWAC schools. Stats: 21.0 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 2.3 apg.

[player_tooltip player_id="841412" first="Ryan" last="Hague"] (2020 Seaside) - Hard-nosed offensive-minded guard that can score in a variety of ways. Takes it strong to the basket where he finishes with contact but can also hit perimeter jumpers. Tough competitor that will fight for rebounds and doesn’t back down to anyone. Was a dominant player at the 4A level. Stats: 15.2 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 3.5 apg.
