The regular season has come and gone and it is now time for the Indiana High School Post-Season. In the coming weeks, we at PrepHoops Indiana plan on bringing you the best coverage in the state during this fun time. Let us take a look at some of the top prospects from Friday’s Bedford North Lawrence vs Jennings County game, which makes up part of the Seymour Sectional.

Bedford North Lawrence:

[player_tooltip player_id="875662" first="Brayton" last="Bailey"] – 2020 PG/SG: : Bailey battled like a warrior in this game. Had a few steals that led to a few fast break layups. His free-throw shooting was excellent and his moves to the basket were on par. Wherever Bailey goes at the next level, that team is getting a warrior. He leaves BNL as their second leading scorer, only to be behind his dad Damon.

Ben Cosner – 6’3 2021 W/F: Cosner put up a solid performance. Had a catch-and-3 was aggressive taking it to the rim along the baseline. Looked to have a slight cramp in his leg towards the end so that kind of derailed him a little. Cosner is going to be an important player for the Stars next year. I expect his offensive and defensive game to be complete.

Kooper Staley – 6’0 2021 SG: Staley shot the 3 extremely well this game with 4 catch-and-3s. Had a block as well. Staley is in for an important offseason. Big point of improvement he needs to focus on is his defense and adding muscle.

Jackson Miracle – 6’4 2021 PF: Miracle had an up-and-down game. Had one bucket and few key rebounds. Being in foul trouble looked to hurt him. With a long body, Miracle has the length to play at the next level. Needs to add muscle, however.

Colten Staggs – 6’1 2023 PG: As a freshman, Staggs logged some important minutes this game. He stepped up and knocked down a huge 3 that gave the Stars some momentum. Real smart PG that makes great plays. I think he has the potential to be a great defender as well.

Jennings County:

Aaron Martin – 6’3 2020 SF: He might have a scholarship already locked up for track but this senior can ball. Martin has this junkyard mentality to his playing style. Plays in the post extremely well. Just an overall solid SF.

Carson McNulty – 6’0 2022 PG: This PG has strong frame on his body. Plays defense really well. Needs to work on connecting on offense a little more. He has a couple of years to get his game complete. Has the potential to drive the ball to the rim better.

Jacob Vogel – 6’8 2022 PF: Vogel is a huge player. He is great on posting up a defender and backing them down. Also can shoot the ball outside the arc as he knocked down one 3. Has the potential to get even better these next couple of years.

Keegan Manowitz – 5’7 2023 PG: Freshman is really quick. Loves to drive and looked like he would rather do that than shoot the outside shot. Uses his speed to his advantage to drive. His defense needs a little more work but he has time to work on that.
