Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the top Brother Acts in the Show-Me State.

Bryson, Mason and [player_tooltip player_id="824208" first="Auston" last="Luna"] (Dora): The set of 2021 triplets were major components in the Falcons bringing home the Class 1 state championship last week. All three of them are 5’11" versatile athletes who could excel anywhere and at both ends of the court. They are tough competitors who also play with great chemistry having been together their entire lives. While star guard [player_tooltip player_id="824115" first="Isaac" last="Haney"] was the offensive star, the triplets filled in all of the other roles on the court while also scoring in double figures themselves.

Eric and Luke Northweather (Blair Oaks): The pair of 6’9" forwards led Blair Oaks to a third-place finish in the Class 3 state tournament. Eric is a 2020 while Luke is a 2022 and both were versatile performers who could dominate in the low post, yet step outside and knock down jumpers and handle the ball on the perimeter.

Coban and Jevon Porter (Father Tolton): The Trailblazers were one of the top Class 3 teams in the state, largely in part because of the presence of these talented brothers. Coban is a 6’5" 2020 guard who was having a big year before being lost to a season-ending knee injury in January. Jevon is a 6’10" 2022 forward who is one of the top young prospects in the state with his versatile skill set.

Ryan and Dominic Dabney (Milan): It was a true family affair at Milan as the Dabneys helped lead the Wildcats to the Final Four of the Class 2 state tournament on a team that was coached by their mother, Andrea Dabney. [player_tooltip player_id="610653" first="Ryan" last="Dabney"] is a 6’5" 2020 forward who averaged 15 points a game. He is a tremendous low-post threat who could handle the ball. Dominic is a 5’9" 2021 guard with a thick body and a lot of toughness.

Carson and Colin Parker (Montgomery County): Another big brother act that led the Wildcats to a 25-3 record and the championship of the EMO Conference. Carson is a 6’8" 2020 forward who led the team in scoring in rebounding while Colin is a 6’7" 2021 forward who excelled on the perimeter and in the low post.

Joshua and Josiah Talton (Monroe City): The 2022 twins emerged as young standouts as the Panthers advanced to the Final Four of the Class 3 state tournament. Both are 6’1" guards who stepped into the big shoes of older brother C.E. Talton, who led Monroe City to three consecutive district titles before moving on to the collegiate ranks.

Dax and Lawson Beem (Skyline): The talented Beem brothers helped bring Skyline to 30 victories and a berth in last weekend’s Class 2 state championship game. Dax is a 5’10" 2020 guard who was an All-State selection last season and will most certainly will be again this year. Lawson is a 2022 guard who emerged as a prime player this season in the Tigers’ Final Four run.

Ethan and [player_tooltip player_id="822880" first="Evan" last="Worley"] (Hillsboro): The 2020 twin brothers led the Hawks to a 22-6 season and a Jefferson County Conference championship. Evan is a 6’7" forward while Ethan is a 6’2" combo guard. Both Worleys averaged 13 points a game as Evan was a a big threat in the low post, while Ethan excelled as a passer, ball handler and perimeter shooter.

Gabe and Cody Cash (North Callaway): A pair of mighty mite point guards who led North Callaway to an EMO Conference title last year and another successful year in 2020. Gabe is a 5’7" 2020 point guard while Cody is a 5’7" 2021 guard. Both players play with excellent speed and pace while still playing under control.

EJ and Jakobi Williams (Westminster Christian): The young backcourt siblings were a big part in the Wildcats earning a berth in the Class 4 quarterfinals. E.J. is a 6’0" 2022 guard while Jakobi is a 6’0" 2023 guard. Jakobi really came on as an offensive threat down the stretch while E.J. is an athletic role player who did an excellent job on the defensive end.

Trent and Parker Anderson (Hermann): The Anderson brothers helped Hermann become one of the top teams in the Four Rivers Conference. Trent is a 6’4" 2020 power forward who averaged 18 points a game as a force in the low post. Parker is a 6’3" 2023 wing player who has a versatile skill set. He is primed to take a big role next season when his big brother graduates.

Dominik and Trey Gannan (Meadville): The winning ways continued at Meadville as the Gannans led them to another Class 1 district championship. Dominik is a 6’0" 2020 guard who averaged 18 points a game while Trey is a 6’0" 2021 guard who averaged 11 points a game.

R.J. and Ray Horry (Christian-O’Fallon): The mighty mite brothers added speed and quickness to an Eagles’ team that advanced to the Class 3 quarterfinals. Ray is a 5’6" 2022 point guard who averaged 9.2 points, three assists and three steals a game while R.J. is a 5’5" 2021 point guard who also averaged three assists a game while playing excellent defense.

Eddie and Nolan Simon (Whitfield): The Simon brothers are a big part of a young Whitfield team that will be a big factor in the years to come. [player_tooltip player_id="824144" first="Eddie" last="Simon"], Jr. is a 6’2" 2021 forward who averaged six points a game as a slashing wing player while Nolan is a 5’9" 2023 who came on strong in his first varsity year as he averaged 10.9 points.

Devin, Darin and Quenton Conley (Pembroke Hill): The talented trio of brothers will be fixtures at Pembroke Hill for quite a while. Quenton is a 6’3 2022 forward who is tough and athletic around the basket. Devin is a 6’1 2023 who can shoot it while Darin is an athletic 6’3 2023 wing forward.

(If there any more brother acts out there that need to be recognized, feel free to contact us and we will add to the list).
