AZ Standouts at the Grind Session

<p>On Saturday I attended the <strong>The Rising Sun Showcase</strong>. One of the last stops of the prestigious Grind Session at the Phhacility in Phoenix, AZ. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Here were some of the standouts: </p> <p><b>[player_tooltip player_id="931377" first="Jamel" last="King"] SG 6’6 2021 Bella Vista Prep</b></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">-Long and athletic 3 and D type. He can really shoot it with range and locks up the top players on the other end. He springs off the floor quickly and plays above the rim on the break. He grabs rebounds out of area, steals and blocks shots with good lateral quickness. He is from Alabama. </span></p> <p><b>[player_tooltip player_id="932073" first="Marko" last="Milivojevic"] C 6’11 2021 Dream City Christian</b></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">-A rare true 5-man who can shoot it from the perimeter and rebounds in his area plus keeps the ball high. He isn’t your high riser but sets good picks and moves well up the court. He usually doesn’t get a lot of playing time but showed when he does he can be effective on defense and showed off his nice shooting touch. </span></p> <p><b><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/eduardo-andre/">[player_tooltip player_id="927749" first="Eduardo" last="Andre"]</a> C 6’9 2020 AZ Compass Prep</b></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">-Strong inside post player with good length. The lefty can score it inside and blocks shots out of his area plus rebounds well. He is athletic and can spring up with good quickness for a big.  </span></p> <p><b><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/adrame-diongue/">[player_tooltip player_id="826994" first="Adrame" last="Diongue"]</a> PF 6’9 2022 Bella Vista Prep</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">-Top notch shot blocker and rebounder. Has great hands and protects the paint with the best of them. He has advanced post footwork and can drop step and score it. He is starting to extend his range out to the perimeter. He moves fluidly around the court and not many have a higher upside in the state.  </span></p> <p><b><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/frankie-collins/">[player_tooltip player_id="806816" first="Frankie" last="Collins"]</a> PG 6’1 2021 AZ Compass Prep</b></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">-A shifty PG who runs the team most of the time. He can pull-up off dribble from mid to the 3pt line with some consistency but truly loves getting into the lane and creating the contact and seemingly bounce off of his defender and score through contact with his left or right hand. He can find anyone in a crowd and make the correct pass and he is hyper athletic and fast to defend his man and also play above the rim.  </span></p> <p>https://twitter.com/EVisionAZ/status/1226359172419051520</p>
