6A Power Rankings

<p>This is our last power rankings update for 2019! Wishing everyone Happy Holidays and a happy New Year! Let’s see who finishes in the top 5 for 2019!</p>
<p><b>#1 Skyline 5-2</b></p>
<p>Skyline comes in at #1, for the second week in a row. Struggled between DV and Skyline for the number 1 spot but Skyline just beat Gilbert, so that heavily swayed my decision as I believe Gilbert is one of the toughest teams in 5A. </p>
<p><b>#2 Desert Vista 5-1</b></p>
<p>Desert Vista comes in at a very close #2. As mentioned before, I think these teams are very close in talent and skill. I think DV could potentially go on a huge run of dominance as their head coach was wrongfully fired. I think this will be a huge motivator for their program and those players. </p>
<p><b>#3 Chandler 7-2</b></p>
<p>Chandler comes in at number 3 and I think they have the most potential to climb in the rankings. They just got back Isaiah Broady and Darian Masi, two absolute studs! They were already playing at a high level and now could achieve even more! Watch out for Chandler. </p>
<p><b>#4 Highland 7-2</b></p>
<p>Highland comes in at #4 and makes their appearance in the top 5 power rankings. Highland has beaten some pretty note worthy opponents such as: Gilbert, Skyline, and Perry. They have an upcoming game against Desert Vista, things could get very interesting if Highland wins that game. That could potentially shake up the power rankings. </p>
<p><b>#5 Perry 6-2</b></p>
<p>Perry finishes the top 5 at #5. The main reason they come in at this spot is because they lost to Highland. So I gave Highland that edge over them. However, I wouldn’t be shocked to see Perry jump up to the 3-4 spot here very soon!</p>
