DJ Hudspeth, 6’0, G, 2020, Heights @dj_hudspeth
A slim guard who brings good size and overall length to the floor. He is a primary ball handler who can get around opponents and get his teammates the ball. He has a good vertical and can get up and make plays around the rim. He has a soft touch to his game and can connect when he drives or from behind the 3-point line.
Micah Jacques, 6’1, G, 2020, Southeast
An intelligent ball handler who can shake off opponents with his dribble combinations, head fakes and hesitations. He is capable of operating as a catch-and-shoot player and is good at making decisions with the ball in his hands. He outworks opponents on defense and is an underrated rebounder capable of pulling the ball away from seasoned post players.
Jarius Kennedy, 6’1, G, 2020, Kapaun Mt Carmel
Kennedy can handle the ball some and score for himself. He looks to distribute the ball and keeps his head up in case a teammate finds space. He is a strong defender and can rebound some and get inside and make some plays.
Makye Loggins, 6’0, G, 2020, South
An improved player who looked sharp for NLHA Silmon this summer, Loggins kept a cool head and made strong and intelligent plays. He also dialed in his hsot and was able to have his way with the midrange area and from behind the 3-point line. He is a hard-nosed performer who plays a tough, determined brand of basketball on both ends of the floor.
Malik Storey, 6’0, G, 2020, South
An active guard with good speed and a lot of hustle. He goes after plays and looks to find open teammates crashing the glass in transition. Storey has good handles as well, adding a creative ball handler to the floor who can find paths to the basket and also pull up for a jump shot. An underrated player who can make plays for himself and others.
