<p>Several state athletes have performed well recently at invite only elite camps, and have seen spikes in their recruitment.  Some players may begin to narrow down their list, while others are trying to gain more interest. The biggest thing athletes need to pay attention to is how well the program and school fit them.</p> <p><strong>Colby Jones-</strong> The state's No. 1 overall prospect in the 2020 class has committed to Xavier. The 6'5 guard brings a lot of offensive ability and positional size to the Musketeers. Look for Jones to have a big season and be an impact freshman for Xavier.</p> <p><strong>Sam Youngblood- </strong>Younblood is arguably a top 20 talent in the 2020 class. Recently, the 6'2 guard competed well at Tennessee Tech's and Presbyterian's elite camps. This kid is one of the most improved prospects in the state.</p> <p><strong>Cole Larue- </strong>Larue is a highly skilled post and his latest performances in front of college coaches has his stock rising. Larue already has several LM programs offering, but now more MM level programs are entering the mix. Recently, the 6'8 post was at Tenn. Tech and Presbyterian's elite camps.</p> <p><strong>Mark Sears- </strong>Sears recently announced that he would be attending Hargrave Military Academy for his senior season. No doubt that this move will be huge for his recruitment. Hargrave plays a schedule against top notch national competition.</p> <p><strong>Nick Bonifay- </strong>The 5'9 point guard has received an offer from Oklahoma City University. OCU is a highly competitive NAIA program. Bonifay is a very good on ball defender and has improved as a floor general. We expect D2 and D3 programs to also contact the high academic prospect.</p> <p><strong>Cameron Crawford- </strong>The 6'4 2021 prospect has been offered by North Alabama. Crawford is an athletic guard who can play both on and off the ball. This kid really knows how to impact the game on both ends.</p>
