PrepHoops Circuit Season Review: Peoria Area Elite
<p>This past season on the PrepHoops Circuit we were able to catch a ton of quality Illinois programs in the Hard Work Region! Now it is time for our Season Reviews! Today we speak with <strong>Gale Johnson</strong> of <strong>Peoria Area Elite</strong> breaking down their top players, accomplishments, and favorite moments from the PrepHoops Circuit!</p>

<p><strong>How did your program perform on the inaugural PrepHoops Circuit this spring and summer?</strong></p>
<p>17U</p>
<p>Finished top 16 out of 64 17u teams from Midwest! We were the number #1 seed going in. Lost on a last second shot in sweet 16!</p>

<p>Finished strong in Minnesota and had some close games in 2 sessions.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Highlight a few of your programs accomplishments on the PrepHoops Circuit?</strong></p>
<p>Pee Wee Brown – All-Illinois 1st team and 2nd team All-Hard Work Region, Top player in Indiana and St Louis.</p>
<p>Myreice Byrd – All-Illinois 4th team</p>
<p>PAE 17U - Top 16 finish in Minnesota</p>
<p>PAE 16u - Lost by 9 to PHC 16U champs in pool game in Minnesota. Closest game they played all weekend.</p>

<p><strong>Which PrepHoops Circuit event did you enjoy the most and why? </strong></p>
<p>All Were Great! No joking! Great competition, great atmosphere, great job!</p>

<p><strong>What did you enjoy most about participating in the PrepHoops Circuit?</strong></p>
<p>The Exposure for my players! We played in front of college coaches and top Midwest writers every game. Priceless exposure all circuit! Can’t wait for 2020!!!!!</p>
