Justin Smith 5’11” CBC: An extremely quick guard who uses his speed to be a factor at both ends of the court. He can go at full speed, then stop on the dime and change directions to create an open shot for himself. He can also knock down the open 3-pointer. He was also disruptive on the defensive end with his ability to apply on-ball pressure.
Ethan Worley 6’1″ Hillsboro: This young man was probably the most unselfish player at the camp as he was handing out assists to anyone who was ready to get a bucket. He was finding open teammates for 3-pointers, throwing nice lob passes and even a fancy alley-oop off the backboard for a dunk. He was just as excited at getting the assist as most people were at getting the bucket. He is also a dependable 3-point shooter off the catch.
Colby Hale 6’0″ NE Cairo: The small-school guard was very impressive with his ability to take the ball to the basket and get buckets in traffic. He plays with a lot of confidence and it shows in how he handles the ball and how creative he can be with his passing and ability to knock down pull up jumpers.
Kyle Geraghty 6’0″ Mehlville: A pass-first point guard who stays in character even in an elite camp format where individual play usually rules the day. He is good with the ball in his hands as he can get to his spots where he wants to go. He fed the post players well and knocked down his share of open jumpers and pull-ups in the lane.
