33-Jerome Goosen, G/F, 2020, Andover Central, NLHA Gaddis
A long defender who contested shots and was one of the top weak side box out players on the floor. He plays loose and is great at recovering plays on defense and making extra passes. Washington saw success staying in motion and playing smart around the basket.
22-Hunter Anderson, 6’5, F, 2020, Cair Paravel Latin (Kan.), Freedom Hoops (pictured)
Anderson is a smart forward who knows how to use his frame, strength and overall hustle to get open looks and get on the board. He used head fakes well against NLHA Gaddis and is good at creating space around the left side of the glass. Anderson connected some with a jumper but he looked to put the ball on the floor and looked to get close for high percentage shots.
30 — Jack Nilles, 6’3, F, 2020, Andale, NLHA Silmon
Nilles is an inside-out forward who likes to bang in the paint, can rebound and take a board coast-to-coast for a lay-up. He is a strong player who likes to post up and shoot over smaller forwards in the paint with ease and has a nice outside jumper with range beyond the 3-point arc. He is poised for a breakout senior season at Andale in 2019-20.
1 — Nicholas Neloms, 6’3, F, 2020, Southeast, NLHA Silmon
Big man with a big frame and a versatile, inside-out game. Neloms can operate out of the post where he shows good footwork and soft hands, but can also step out and face the basket where he is comfortable handling the ball a little. His best skill might be his passing was he sees the floor very well and makes smart, on-time passes to cutters and the open man.
14-Raeshon Riddick, 6’3, F, 2020, Manhattan, SSA White
A nice forward player who has strength and brings hustle. He has a good mid-range game and proved he cans rebound well on both ends of the floor. He can connect with his jump shot, and did, but looks to get close or pass to a teammate
