Darius Wilson (St. Laurence – 2021)
Wilson is a 6’2” shooting guard that plays with power scoring the majority of his points on the interior. Has a crisp handle getting to the rim.
Emandrek Erkins (Bloom – 2022)
Erikins wasn’t super productive over the weekend, but you have to take notice of the upside with his 6’6” projectable small forward who has potential on both ends of the floor.
Jakobi Heady (Hillcrest – 2021)
Heady broke out in a major way on Friday night with a 15 point performance against Hyde Park. Long and lanky wing that slashed with smooth explosion and drilled feathery jumpers.
Hamahrie Bowers (Hillcrest – 2021)
Bowers is another junior that is emerging. The lefty 6’5” small forward is a slick ball handler in the open floor that finishes with acrobatics at the rim!
Tyler Wildermuth (Fenwick – 2021)
Wildermuth shot lights out in their Saturday morning contest connecting on an array of deep threes. The 5’10” point guard will be a great complimentary piece for this Fenwick team over the next two seasons!
Eian Pugh (Fenwick – 2022)
Pugh put his name on the map at 6’2”. The point guard has a smooth jumper from both mid-range and three. Active on the defensive end of the floor.
Darrin Ames (Morgan Park – 2023)
Ames is a volume scoring point guard with his lefty three point shot. Good mechanics from three and could be the next high scoring Mustangs guard!
Javonte Taylor (Morgan Park – 2023)
Taylor is the younger brother of former Simeon star Steve Taylor who was the #1 player in 2012. This 6’7” power forward is an incoming freshman who should compete for the top spot in his class as well. Projectability with a good frame.
Ben Vanderwal (Timothy Christian – 2022)
This 6’3” two guard left an impression on us with the way he shot it from three with a silky smooth shot along with developmental upside.
Luke Collins (St. Ignatius – 2020)
Collins was the ultimate glue guy for St. Ignatius and we could see him doing that at the small college level. Good rebounder playing with a high motor and scored when given opportunities.
Daurise Perryman (Clark – 2022)
Perryman is a 5’11” point guard that can really shoot it from three. The lefty has a nice looking stroke. Active on ball defender creating turnovers and flipping them into points at the other end.
Coby Weekly (Clark – 2022)
Weekly is an undersized four man that is a junk yard dog. He plays physical around the hoop with powerful finishes.
Devon Ellis (Conant – 2021)
Ellis has nice size on the wing at 6’4” with a strong build. Broad shouldered wing can hit from mid-range and passed it pretty well.
Nick Kennedy (Lincoln Park – 2021)
Kennedy has the look of a prospect with his size at 6’6” and strength at the power forward spot. Played strong on the interior and finished in the paint!
Bryce Moore (Carmel – 2022)
This 2022 wing exhibited a versatile offensive game throughout the event. Capable three point shooter that can also slash!
